I have been waiting to give this review for awhile and I am now happy to do so. I ordered custom made carbon pieces from SoCal and I got them in today. All I can say is wow. I had mine done in honeycomb carbon fiber and I am so glad I did. It looks great, feels great, and looks factory which is important to me. I am really pleased with them. If you have parts you want done in carbon these are the folks to send it to.

Customer satisfaction is important for future sales
I have been in the automotive industry for decades and never have I spent so much money on car parts only to get the slowest and cheapest shipping possible. Not only that their communication is terrible. I had requested an update on my order and got no response at all. I didn't find out the status until someone sent me a link showing where they had posted it online without informing me that it was done and ready to ship. As a customer that is spending a large amount of money on car parts, I expect certain things such as communication and updates before the general public. It's unprofessional to post the completion of a project without informing the person who funded it, especially when that person has requested updates. When I spend a lot of money I want to have my mind put at ease that a company isn't just taking my money and not doing anything. I am among many who have taken issue with unnecessarily slow and cheap shipping after spending a lot of money as well as poor communication. Customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority for these folks. I will be buying the rest of my mods from other sources that you know care about their customer's satisfaction and getting the expensive items to them in an acceptable time period. Shop elsewhere if you can.

I bought a gauge pod holder for my veloster. Greg took care of me when I had questions. Reasonably quick and great customer service.

I used to buy many parts from SoCal Garage. I always got great pricing and great customer service. I know many from other buyers/friends who bought parts from them and know for a fact
that they'd respond as quickly as they could and tried to resolve the matter or issue as fast as they could. A lot of people do not understand how e-commerce works. People believe these companies have a warehouse full of parts and they are wrong, that's not the case. These companies act like a middle man between us, the consumers and the manufacturers. If a product gets sent out defective/broken it is a process that can take a bit of time to resolve. In my experience with SoCalGarage, I never ran into an issue and that is because I have a full understanding on how e-commerce works.

Superior customer service, products are amazing and though we are dealing with covid-19 they still are working and bringing amazing products to our community. I read a few of these reviews and find that some people are just extremely impatient. My wheel came in a timely manner and was amazing product overall.

I ordered a Hyundai Veloster frp Spoiler which came to me damaged . I payed over $800aud for it to have scratched seeing the white on a black spoiler & also full dints. When I asked for a refund they refused to give me one as it was their suppliers fault !!! They said they will pay for the damage to get fixed (powder coat it next) . I have constantly been emailing them to ask if the supplier has responded to send me a new spoiler WHICH I PAYED FOR only to get no response . It is disgusting that I have to receive a faulty item then get told no refund , no replacement but they will pay for the cost to fix it???? Then they don’t even reply ???? so disappointed I defiantly would have brought from the other site I was looking at if I had of known this would happen !!!!

Great place to buy stuff from. This virus outbreak has caused problems for shipping understandbly. Contacted customer service a few times and it was friendly and helpful. Though recently, it seems that someone else is manning the zendesk chat as the person was less friendly and I would consider quite rude.

One of the best places I have ever worked with. Great products. Even better customer service. Even though every thing going on with covid. They are still trying to meet the demand on there orders.

Couldnt be happier with my experience with SoCal Garage works. They have a wide variety of brands and products to offer to the car community. Greg helps out alot with answering questions and inquiries. I would definitely recommend SoCal Garage works.

SoCal has always been my go-to. Quality items all the time. Sometimes the waits a little longer but again, quality products take time. Even during this Covid time, they have been top notch!

These guys are always there for the community and design products specifically made for each individual car. The products are always high quality and the customer service is great. If you have any questions, Greg will be there to answer it. These guys work their tail off and I've bought over 12k in parts from them and I will continue to do so because this is the only company that I have the experiences that I have with. The rona has caused some issues for everybody but, there is nothing anyone can do besides be patient and you will get it eventually. I love socalgarageworks and they are the best company for this community, hands down. I highly recommend them for all of you V NA and VT needs!

All lf the products are high quality, of course, the waiting time is understandable taking into consideration that most are hand made and made to order. It is worth every day of waiting.
