Had high hopes for my steering wheel from SoCal Garage…for $700 bucks! Waited 8 weeks for it and when it arrived was very disappointed with the craftsmanship! Fit was bad and leather was cut short in key areas…took pics of all of it and Greg promised to take care of it…never did🤷🏽‍♂️ Look elsewhere for “Custom” work!

I ordered an exhaust that was "in stock" apparently it was never in stock, ordered May 3rd, now its July 19th with no eta.
They have responded to my emails when I ask for an update on the exhaust shipment and it was always very quick responses. However, as soon as I ask for a cancelation of my order because its now been 2.5 months and I still have nothing, they no longer respond, convenient huh.... its been almost 2 weeks of emails to them for a cancelation. I will never order anything from these people ever again, what a terrible business practice to just ignore people when they clearly should have never sold an item they didn't actually have and had no idea when they'd have it.

Saw a video on Youtube about a steering wheel install from this place. Thought it was cool, so I ordered. That was, like 9 months ago. Not sure how this place stays in business as it is a total joke. I would email every couple of weeks after the the first 3 months of not hearing anything. The only response I would get back a month later was, let me check on it. Then, you never hear again. Keep sending emails and leave voice messages, no one ever responds. About to do a charge back as this people are scammers and seem to have no intent of sending me my order. Stay away from this place!!!

This company is a joke. I waited 4.5 months for a steering wheel that never came. I would message every month, and he kept saving "it will be done soon" until I hit the 4.5 month mark, and then he was silent. Luckily paypal was able to get my money back. I should have trusted all the bad reviews.

Greg the owner always saying fake review but the reviews don't lie. You will reply a month from now like always, ripping people off for their hard earned money. Reported your business to BBB, goodbye bug. I ordered literally feb 2022 STILL HAVEN'T received my order. I'm a lawyer so you're done buddy boi. Also so rude to all his responses and only responses to negative reviews. What a joke

There shipping is unholy smh, I had to make them send a tracking number, an it’s taking almost 3 weeks to receive a single hook bolt. Still waiting now a lucky for them I used affirm but if I used PayPal I would have been cancelled that ish and got my money back. And PS to respond to your reply it was not delivered to my address yesterday an still not coming today. Y’all working out your mom’s garage. An you mad cause your company got 3 stars and go back to school if I ordered on the 23rd and it’s the 9th now, we’re in the 3rd week now like I said. You need to worry about the ppl who haven’t got there ish in months.

I just recieved my custom hyundai genesis coupe steering wheel. i must say iam more than happy, everything went fine and the product looks amazing. it is already installed and working!

the customer service was nice and very fast. all my questions have been answered. the delivery time was also good (shipping to Europe)

I use to love this company and had no issues. Since ordering a new carbon fiber hood, it has been nothing but problems. Ordered the hood at the end of February. We are coming up to the 10 month mark still with no hood. Great communication at first but my last message, a week ago, went unanswered when i asked for an update or a full refund. From now on, i will be telling people to shop elsewhere when they ask me where i got my stuff. Very disappointed.

This is the worst consumer experience I ever had.
Order a wheel for my genesis coupe June 13. I Also order the button trim for an extra 150$ And after some emails from me and some rude replies from Greg Bauchat they finally shipped my wheel in August 24.
I've asked for a photo of the wheel and the button trim. He only send the wheel. I asked, is the button trim in the box?' "yes it was".
Two week later the wheel was hold back by customs and I had to pay 350$ on top of the 870$. and there was no button trim. after emailing with them for some weeks the promised the button trim would be send after. after a couple of weeks. No trim, after I insisted they finally transferred the money for the button trim back. the steering wheel is nice. But I would never do this again. too expensive and a scumbag company.

I ordered a steering wheel 12 weeks ago and have not recieved it, or an update. The ETA is 6-8 weeks. When I reach out to customer service to ask for an update, they are rude and flippant. They explained that the ETA is still the same, even thought its been 12 weeks, and the ETA on the site says 6-8 weeks? So its been 6-4 weeks over the amount of time in the ETA, but you dont have a new ETA? C'mon. I just wanted an update and at this point I don't believe they are able to get the product and ship it. This place is shady and I will never give them my business again.

UPDATE: I recieved the steering wheel AFTER I lodged a complaint with Affirm. Just received today on 12/6/2022, a full 14 weeks and 4 days later. The site still says the orders take 6-8 weeks. All of this was really unessecary, as all I wanted originally was an update and to be treated like a paying customer. Instead I was treated rudely and they delayed shipping the product until I got Affirm involved. I like the steering wheel, but next time ill just go straight to Alibaba instead of through this drop shipper middle man.

Bought a carbon fiber spoiler for my 2016 Veloster from them. It took 8 months to get it and it came damaged. The wait time was understandable but the poor manufacturing quality wasn't(cracks in the corners of the carbon fiber, not hardware and chips in the joints). On top of the poor quality is the poor customer service. Reach out to Greg at SoCal Garage when I saw the damaged spoiler after I unbox it in December 2021. Follow up several times after that and still nothing after almost a year. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but Greg hasn't tried to resolve the issue at all and hasn't replied to my emails. I would never order from this company again and wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

Just received the steering wheel for my c6 z06. Quality is outstanding! It took exactly as stated in the description, 8 weeks. Greg was very responsive to all my emails. Definitely recommend.

So I ordered a custom alcantera and carbon fiber steering wheel for my BRZ . It did take awhile to get but they tell you that on the site up front so no big deal. Once I got the wheel it far exceeded my expectations. It was outstanding!!!! The fit and finish was top notch. Beautiful!!!!!!

As most of the reviews state, this company has one of the worst customer service practices. I ordered a BOV solenoid. Not stated clearly at all, the part is on backorder. The shady website allows you to order the part like everything is in stock. I didn't receive any updates that the part was on backorder. No interaction with the customer. It was a relatively inexpensive part considering their ridiculous prices on everything else. I emailed their generic gmail account stating that the product was on backorder. It was stated in a way that I should know the status because I'm a mind reader. I messaged the chatbot on their website and was told that they would have to request a refund from the manufacturer. How about no, I ordered a product from YOU and YOU cant fulfill the order. It doesnt state it was a customer order.

I ordered some steering wheel parts February of this year and they’ve yet to arrive. Greg responds to every few emails I send him and claims he didn’t respond because the email probably went to his spam folder even though I’m replying to the same email thread. Back in March, he said he had part of my order and it was almost done but here we are in August with nothing to show. I paid up front and he’s been holding my money hostage since. Dude is rude as hell for no reason. You’d think if someone was paying you thousands of dollars, you could at least give them consistent updates and communication but you’re just met with an attitude or nothing at all.

GUY AVOID THIS COMPANY I AM FIGHTING TO SEE MY $3200.00 I HAD BOUGHT CARBON FIBER FENDERS AND ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE I WILL SUE THIS COMPANY SOON
