I'm sorry to hear you've had some difficulty with your delivery. It is my understanding that our customer service team is already following up on the enquiry raised with Yodel surrounding this.
The courier drivers are authorised to deliver parcels safely to a premises or to neighbours either side if the receiver isn't home when they call, however it seems in this instance that the driver may not have correctly assessed the safety of the location chosen before delivering and on this basis we will continue to follow up and ensure there is a satisfactory outcome to the enquiry.

Good quality
Boxes are very good quality, super fast delivery. Not too well packaged, and some boxes were damaged, but still useable. I also didn't receive the marker that was supposed to have been included. All in all though - good price and service, and I would buy from them again.

poor - the delivery was very late. I recieved one part of the order in a few days... but was missing 1/2 the order.. was told it would arrive but it did not until much later... why charge next day delivery when it takes over a week?

I'm sorry to hear you had some difficulty receiving your order. As we are limited by the courier on weight and size for each individual parcel, sometimes orders have to be split into multiple consignments for shipping. Where this occurs it is possible that transit delays could affect certain parts of the order and not others.
Upon looking into the tracking information, it appears your 2 consignments were shipped on time Thursday January 3rd estimated for delivery Friday January 4th. I'm glad to see the first parcel arrived on time January 4th, whilst the second incurred a 1 working day transit delay, instead arriving Monday January 7th (The courier do not move parcels on weekends or bank holidays so in the case of a missed delivery on a Friday, it is forwarded for delivery on the Monday).
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the second part of your order arriving 1 working day behind the estimated schedule. Rest assured, we relay all issues of this type to the courier for investigation and do our best to prevent them where possible . We hope to see you back again soon.

BARGAIN BUBBLEWRAP!
I am SO HAPPY I found this website! It annoys me so much when other sites charge £25 for bubble wrap, but by the time you get to the checkout it’s literally doubled in price because of VAT, shipping, and god knows what else.
I got 300m of bubble wrap for £28 (including shipping) WHAT A BARGAIN! This is definitely going to be my new source for bubble wrap and other packaging items 😄👌
Oh, and it arrived within like 16 hours of ordering it. Super efficient!

Delivery was a day late... boxes are good but the amount of bubble wrap they give you in the 2-3 bed house pack is tiny!!! Not at all enough!
