SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HAYLEY TODAY.. I RAISED IN DETAIL THAT THE 30CM WIDE BUBBLE WRAP ORDERED WAS COMING IN AT 25.5CM-27CM WIDE AND WAS WELL SHORT OF THE MARK. SO THE PRODUCT ORDERED WAS MISLEADING AT BEST. SHE SAID SEND ME SOME IMAGES AND THEY WILL TAKE IT UP WITH THEIR SUPPLIER, I SAID OKAY BUT NO TIME TO DO SO NOW BUT WILL FORWARD ASAP. THERE WAS NO TIME FRAME MENTIONED IN HER COMMUNICATION. I SENT OVER TODAY AND SHE POINT BLANK REFUSED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER NOW ITS OVER 30 DAYS, USELESS, RUDE AND STUBBORN BEHAVIOUR!... ALL I WANTED WAS AN APOLOGY AND A FEW QUID BACK FOR THE ERROR AND MY TIME IN RAISING IT SO THEY COULD SORT IT WITH THEIR SUPPLIER, BUT NO THAT WOULD BE FAR TOO MUCH TO ASK, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND ORDER ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT THE PRODUCT TO ACTUALLY MATCH THE DESCRIPTION AND ANY DEGREE OF AFTER SALES, SHOULD YOU NEED IT.

I'm not as impressed with the C5 PIP boxes this time. The quality of the cardboard doesn't seem to be as good quality as the last time I ordered from you. The size is slightly smaller which I can accept as they do fit an A5 sheet of paper but the tabs that slot into the box to keep them closed are shorter and the flap almost pops back out again. Again, like last time when I ordered back in 2019, the C5 boxes arrive in plastic packaging. Surely a company that sells packaging can promote eco-friendly packaging!? Also, two of the boxes are unusable as the corner of them must have been crushed during transit!

So far, we have switched to recyclable packaging, plant trees on a monthly basis to offset the carbon footprint of all of our employees and we also divert 100% of our waste away from landfill. Disappointed
I have ordered from other packing companies before , but this was the first time from your company . The corrugated paper roll was damaged quite deeply in various places and was very poor quality compared to my previous corrugated paper . The boxes were also slightly damaged on one side too . I had to use them as I was moving in the next couple of days . I won’t be ordering again I’m afraid

Great value and quality
I bought the medium budget moving pack on a Friday and it was delivered the next morning. Really impressed with the quality of the boxes and thought the pack was great value. Couldn’t be happier! Have recommended already.

Overall good experience
I chose Schott because they were competitively priced. My items had been dispatched within a couple of hours of ordering, and were delivered early the next day by DX, who were very friendly, professional and provide you with an link so you can see exactly where your parcel is. Would use again.

Bubble Wrap-arrived next day!
I ordered a 500mm x 100m Bubble Wrap Roll. I immediately got an email informing me of my order and then the invoice. I received the package next day, I was so pleased because I could carry on packing my staff without interruption or waiting. Bubble wrap was good quality and does the job as expected. I would recommend them.

A great product overall and the service…
A great product overall and the service was super in terms of delivery time, however, the tape is very cheap and difficult to use (I've moved over 20 times so I do know what's out there!) and that's the only drawback as it takes longer to use!
