I have received the most amazing care from Sciensus. All of the nurses who have provided my treatment have been friendly, kind and supportive. I have always had follow up phone calls to check that everything is ok following treatment or after me ringing for advice etc. Having care at home has also made a huge difference to the impact that treatment has had on my family as well as myself.

Always on time, friendly and professional. We would like to mention in particular Fiona, we always looked forward to her visits. From 2 August 2023 to 23 Febuary 2024.

All the nurses are wonderful even if though they have never met you before. Nicola who had never been to me before is really lovely and listened to everything I had to say.

The care received at home by my wife from Sciensus was excellent with regard to every aspect - from the professional and caring members of the team who attended and the follow up provided during the intervals between treatment. Could not have wished for anything better.

The nurses are lovely and kind but it would be good to have some continuity - to date I have only seen one nurse twice every other visit has been a new nurse

The staff are excellent: caring, thoughtful and attentive. The firm’s flexibility and patient empathy is impressive.

I would not of got through without the team of nurses I had they were like my guardian angels. I had the most amazing support and tough love at times which I needed the worst time of my life but I wouldn’t of met some of the most memorable people if Id of not chosen Sciensus x they were my stars ⭐️ x

What went right is more the question
I've had lilly Andrew and Terri so far lovely staff especially terri but it goes goes badly down hill from there the head office in Burton in Trent is totally disorganised all there rotas are rubbish the times given to patients don't agree with rotas given to nurses in the community
I've had three visits so far all totally rubbish
Lilly arrived at 0810 for 10 to 12 apptt then moaned at me for not taken pre meds
Andrew arrived at 12.30 for 10 to 12:apptt poor man bad back should have been at home resting in severe pain
Terri arrived today at 13.30 for 11.10 to 13.10 apptt her rota said 13.10 to 15.10
She had more customer service skills in her little finger than the whole of head office put together
Apologies come cheap mean nothing
Some civil servant in Whitehall agreed a contract that Sciensus can't cope with
Perhaps silver crossed palms as they say just a thought
Don't have them if you have a choice you have to right off a whole day
RUBBISH COMPANY

I have been a “customer” with Sciensus for 17 months. The nurses who have visited me for treatment and bloods are amazing.
Tina, Christine, Evie and Ervin always give caring and personal care. They are a credit to the company.
The managers are inept, incompetent, ineffective and fail to plan effectively.
A simple instruction from my consultant continues to baffle the planning team.
I have seen at least four managers come and go over my time with Sciensus, clearly there are underlying issues.
SORT IT Sciensus or I fear you will lose a dedicated nursing team to an employee driven jobs market.

If it was possible to put zero, I would. Avoid this company. Today is the third time they have failed to deliver my medication. I was guaranteed it would come today. I saw a van outside, went to speak to the driver, and indeed he was supposed to deliver, but my medication had not been loaded. He had marked it as a failed delivery. Absolutely disgraceful. I will be speaking with the consultant to see if I can get this medication from a different company.

I’m so grateful that I was able to have my chemotherapy with Sciensus because I was able to have chemotherapy from the comfort of my own home which helped me avoid the stressful situation of having it in hospital. Hospitals make me very anxious. The nurses were so experienced, friendly, patient, kind, empathetic and supportive, and having the same regular nurses coming to my home helped to reduce my anxiety and fears.

Nurses always arrive within the allocated time or call me in advance. Nurses are always professional. Treatment or medication have never been delayed.

Normally my nursing is spot on.
Problems have been with couriers picking up bloods, usual ok but sometimes bad. Example courier due at 13:00 eventually after lot of chasing picked up at 20:15!!
