I don't really know what to say about this company. The 2 nurses who came to treat my husband were very nice.
The service as a whole was appalling. Lied to about a consent form not being received after his consultant had emailed it over 3 times. It then transpires that the drug the consent form was for wasn't available though them. This took them 7 weeks to work out. It's cost my husbands numbers to go the wrong way and been so detrimental to his cancer care. 16 phone calls on one day to be told this. The stress their lack of care has caused is unacceptable. No letter or email to apologise or really explain has been forthcoming. I so hope this doesn't happen to anyone else under their care.

My nurse Naomi comes every 2 weeks and is AMAZING, all the other nurses I have met for bloods or when she is away have also been really kind and professional. The whole experience is really great.

Lovely nurses , very knowledgeable & up to date , great to be able to have treatment from home so no travel to treatment centre , meant having cold cap on during & 1.5 hours after last treatment was fine as in own home .
Felt safe and supported by the nursing team & nurse lead .

Generally very good but appointment timings, besides repeated requests for first thing more often that not get ignored by scheduling team.

Nurses friendly and efficient. Not sure about approach to eating whilst here on duty. Communication poor and invoices not explained and incorrect. As privately funded patient unacceptably poor. May work for insurance companies but it’s not for me. Too much stress when zero stress required. Back to NHS.

Visiting nurses very good and highly professional. 24 hour nurse help line helpful. Drug delivery scheduling and logistics unreliable with several incidents of failure to deliver on scheduled days causing disruption and delays to treatment plan and some anxiety and distress. General Sciensus helpline and dedicated patient liaison person largely ineffective. Text reminders persistently incorrect visit timings, which appeared to be caused by the delivery disruptions and failure to update systems.

Each nurse that attends to me is cheerful and encouraging. I always feel that I'm important to them, not just as a patient but as a person.
They always share knowledge of health tips and benefits which you can't always get from the hospitals.
Their visits are always a positive experience,
