I did a few claim for medical, denstist, glasses, and all finished perfectly.
But sadly when i claimed 7 days before expired, not responded yet, and already send email to asking but haven't replied yet until expired.

Prompt pay out
I had lost the wallet while travelling in Japan. The police report was enough to prove the accident. The pay out decision was prompt and in full as per policy.

Perfect cover
Took a policy with $0 excess the day before the trip. Sign up was easy and quick.
Two days before the end of the trip my wife broke a tooth. Called the 24
He helpline. Told what was needed for a claim. Got the tooth fixed on Thursday, claimed on Friday. Got paid in full on Tuesday!!
Can’t fault the service!!
