Very easy to buy online, good price. Luckily we didn’t need to make a claim so can’t comment on the claim process but the rest was great and came with a level of comfort that we were covered.

12 months cover for multiple trips
12 months cover for multiple trips, simple online sign up, no age limit, not having to advise each time I travel, flexibility as to the maximum time away on each trip.
This is my fourth year buying an annual renewal and while i have never had to make a claim being a long time SC client I have peace of mind a claim would be honoured should the need arise.

Organising the travel insurance was fast and efficient and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful about the policies and the customer needs. I was kept informed of changes such as the difficulties in the middle east and how they might affect my policy. Whilst my travel was without issues or problems, I felt confident that help would be available if and when I needed it.

We did not need to use you. However we note that you always have competitions but whenever
I actually need to book the competition never applies.
So competitions are completely useless to me.

Very easy with no jargon
Very easy with no jargon, we took out travel insurance for our last trip to Samoa, unfortunately had a little bump in the hire car. What a great service so easy to make a claim and settled in days with no problems. we have used before and will defiantly use again. Thanks Team
