After care service

I'm a wheelchair user and even tho Securico did not install the system there after care service I have found to be 5*, Communications with the after care service was spot on, always happy to help and at the end of the problem they ask if there is any thing you need, I cannot fault them.

Luke from Securico was great with the IT support. Absolutely bang on.

Securico fit our security cameras and system in a few years ago and updated the cameras recently, 3 years ago. We took on the warranty which enables us to call them if we have any issues. We have had to call them 3-4 times and the issues have been resolved promptly. Just last night I noticed our camera pictures weren’t being sent to our mobile devices. I called Securico this morning and after trying to resolve the issue over the phone, they said they would call back at 3pm to re-try. Sure enough, LUKE, from Securico called me at bang on 3pm, went through the system diagnosis over the phone, I changed a few things on the system that he told me to and within 10 minutes the whole system was up and running again. It was brilliant and efficient. I am dumb with the IT stuff and he went through it patiently with me telling me what to press and type to get it running again. It actually went off line as we had changed our router from Sky to UniFi so it wasn’t as though their camera system had an issue, it was due to a web server change at our end. Anyway, absolutely happy with the service at Securico and Luke was great.

Absolute joke company
Last 3 we don’t have cctv in our super busy restaurant.

I have there service for all my other business same things I asked for
Camera to fitted in other site no one came

One site dvr got issue we can’t see anything no recording is been done

First visits booked under warranty the
The day enginer need to arrived
He say he fall sick he can’t come
I have to call and arrange new booking .
Ohk I don’t say anything

Second booking enginer came 5 min he checked some thing
He gone out bring some paper
Told us to
Sign and than he it might me dvr fault .
Your things are under warranty
So they will send new one
One more appointment booked
Than they cancel again at the last minute

Today was another appointment
And they just called me and saying you haven’t bought dvr
From us . So there in no warranty we can cover that

Ohk I understood from 2 months you guys booking appointment and cancel it
So you don’t know that

Than why you guys charge me 350 a year
For each location for maintains
And service
What that included than
I get ever
Time get messge for renew this

There was serious crime happen outside our restaurant we need the recording
We are telling them they things is this joke
I can’t excuse police yes we have it than say like we can’t get access

We have to admit the mistake our support technician made. He wrongly assumed that we supplied the NVR originally.

He didn't read the system information properly, which states that we fitted new cameras to an existing NVR that you bought elsewhere.

So we have to apologise for us going down the erroneous path of a call out, with a view to replacing the NVR free of charge, which I'm sure seemed too good to be true!

Please accept our apologies for giving the expectation that a replacement NVR would be provided free of charge.

If you would like to discuss a replacement NVR quote, we'd be happy to provide one.

New cameras to upgrade my…

From ordering the cameras to upgrade my system to colour at night was so easy. Appointment made for engineer to fit the cameras 1 week after order was fantastic. The new colour at night technology has improved my security a huge amount Would definitely recommend them

Arrived on time, worked efficiently in changing over the camera units and NVR. System set up explained and reviewed on completion. All work completed to a high standard, with CCTV providing excellent viewing quality. Would certainly recommend both the company and their product.

Work was done to a good standard

Work was done to a good standard. I was a little frustrated with the final part of the job when one of the cables was not fitted back to the wall securely and had to call the engineer back to ask him to add cable ties to fix the cable securely to the wall. Overall no other issues and will still recommend this company

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY EFFICIENT

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY EFFICIENT. HE REALISED THAT THE DVR WAS NOT CONNECTED - 3 WIRES HAD INSULATING TAPE AROUND THEM! ALSO DVR WAS NOT SYNCED WITH MY PHONE.
SOON REMEDEED AND ALL WORKING WELL.

Here we go again

Here we go again. Had the system 6 years and its generally been 50% without problems. I had a spate of not receiving the alerts over emails which has never really been sorted - the last went off line about 2 months ago and I just gave up. Now the cameras wont play back and wont load although the system seems fine. Its just been one thing after another. Tbf most issues do get sorted but only to repeat themselves a few weeks later. I wish I'd gone elsewhere.

I am writing to express my frustration…

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of proper service and communication related to our CCTV DVR issue. Despite numerous attempts, I have not been able to get an engineer to come and check the DVR properly. People do not pick up the phone, and the DVR has not even been taken out of the cage for investigation.

Our machine has been faulty for over two months, and we still do not have an engineer to fix the issue or provide a replacement as agreed. Instead of sending an engineer, I only received calls asking me, as a customer, to open the DVR myself and try to take out the hard disk. I have already refused this and demanded a proper engineer to come and investigate, but there has been no further update.

We need a proper functioning continuous working CCTV ASAP as we need to check stock movements and other information.

Considering the distance between our location and your London office is only 30-40 minutes, I find this delay unacceptable. Please address this matter urgently and ensure an engineer is dispatched promptly to resolve the issue.
