Pleasant atmosphere!

You left on your own
You left on your own. Electrodes were dry had to be filled them your self. We were Not
Given suggestion that we could go to your own surgery to refill the electrodes. The friend that came with me went to work. I had to look for someone else. Three times had to be filled. 1st time 4, 2nd time 12 and 3rd time4 or 6. Thank you for not caring for your patient.

Poor communication
I rang a month after my test results were submitted to find out about the Medicare rebate as I hadn’t received anything. I was told I’d receive a call back that day, I didn’t get a call until late in the afternoon to be told the team had gone home and they forgot about me and that I’d get a call from them the next day. A week went by and I still hadn’t received a call so I had to call them again. I spoke to someone who told me that it shouldn’t have taken this long and that the rebate had now been processed. I received the refund from Medicare within an hour. So if it wasn’t for me chasing it up I would have never received the refund I was entitled to. The communication with this company is incredibly poor. I’m glad I won’t need testing through them again.

Helpful, professional and personable
The technician was really helpful and knowledgeable. She was confident and calm when explaining the processes and made me feel comfortable asking questions. When I spoke to the technician over the phone after getting set up at home they were really helpful and personable. I also phoned for support once during the experience as I was worried about my electrodes and was given helpful advice and spoken to in a timely and professional way.

Initial fitting of head Electrodes
I found the nurse very experienced & informative whilst fitting the head electrodes.
I wasn't very happy with the staff member when I returned the head electrodes on day 8 at Cranbourne.
I waited for an hour.
