Not that bad.....

The education prior to actually being connected was of great benefit. Easy to top up electrodes as needed. It's not the most comfortable thing and being videod 24/7 is my version of horrid.

I had a 7 day at home eeg & ecg. The lady who fitted it was extremely helpful & the equipment wasn’t overly uncomfortable. Was able to get answers after 6 years of seizures finally

Very Professional!

They were very punctual, also the professional who connected my EEG/ECG was very friendly. She made conversation while being very informative about any questions I had. Also their support service/number had very nice people to deal with, who were fast and detailed with their help.

Relaxing experience

The staff were very friendly and helpful which helped with my daughter's high anxiety. The video before connection and how to refill was excellent. My daughter thought it was a great experience and would be happy to do again if she needs it.

Great Diagnostic Company

All the people that I had involvement with were very friendly and helpful especially James who did the connection. The whole procedure was explained in a manner that was easy to understand. I felt very supported with the messages that l received morning and night.

Easy to use system

Easy to use system, however the reporting provided is inadequate. The first report was very extensive. Fast forward 2yrs & there was more activity, but not enough information provided for a parent to make sense of.

My experience ar Seer Medical

I was apprehensive at going to SEER for the fitting of my EEG monitoring equipment. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist who was very polite and friendly. My wait time was short. While getting the equipment fitted, the nurse made me feel at ease by her professional service and knowledge of anything I asked regarding the monitoring.
