They put me at ease
They put me at ease, putting the device on was simple (I didn’t have to do anything except sit there) they kept in touch during the week and let me know what I needed to do on a daily basis without being irritating. The device itself wasn’t as bad as I was expecting and being able to shower was a big plus.

The experience was fine but……
The experience was fine and the technician was thorough and knowledgeable, but I had great difficulty with the electrodes on my head that kept falling off all the time, especially at night in bed. I ended up having to use strapping tape on them to secure them to my head.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I found the experience to be very good. The staff member that fitted the equipment to my head was very pleasant and fully explained what was going on. Any enquires I had whilst fitted with the equipment before and after was also handled very well by team members at the call centre .

The staff I dealt with were fantastic. The person who hooked me up to the machine was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. A joy to deal with.
When I had a query during the procedure I was able to get prompt and appropriate advice on the phone from home.
The App worked, and worked well. I'm still using it.
