Unfortunately, mixed messages were given to me or I got them mixed due to stress. Was advised to use either the Seer app or keep a manual list of when episodes happen. Unfortunately, this is not the case and all incidents should've been recorded on the app.

more attention to details
i think the part that goes around the neck needs to be softer, its very uncomfortable sleep or laying on it.
Then it looks like the only part that was reported on was the times i put in to the seer app. and no othertimes.
When we are getting setup on the first day, the lady says you will be contact twice daily, which i thought would be a call but no its a text. which atleast one phone call would have been nice, even to say everything is connected properly.
a screen that we could use to see whats going on would have been great, even to see camara angle and heart beat, brain waves.
the whole time i was unsure if everything was fine or i was doing things right. it was very hot weather so i couldnt do my usual things.

Awesome support
Whilst this process is quite invasive within the home and difficult for children, the support from Seer was absolutely fantastic. The help line I called at 10pm for tips when my child was pretty distressed and couldn't sleep as the shoulder pieces are quite big and uncomfortable, was awesome. They were able to help me adjust it over the phone and her become more settled. The daily check in calls were a great support and all staff we spoke to were fantastic, well trained and very knowledgeable. Thank you for making a difficult process so much more bearable.

Seer Medical were outstanding
Seer Medical were excellent! We didn’t know what to expect as we’d never had an in home EEG before. But their staff were outstanding, from booking right through to results being received. They were really warm and professional and the support line staff were also excellent and easily accessible for any questions during our 7 day study. The whole package of equipment I took home was well set out with clear instructions. Despite its appearance, it was easy to cart around with me to the various rooms and really didn't feel intrusive at all.

Better than hospital!
I think the service is a great idea!! I worked from home and it was fine, regular text messages that electrodes were all good was reassuring, and with a little bit of studying the electrode map was able to top us gel when required.
Box provided had all extra equipment required.
Camera box was clunky and heavy to move but i managed.
I had four evident pressure injuries- two on the forehead probes and two behind ears, various other sites had small sores but difficult to ascertain some because of hair.
The forehead injuries took 4-5 days to heal.
It took me about an hour in the shower to get out all the gel. The electrodes and dressings came out easily, the gel took SO LONG and i had to be very gentle otherwise i would have ended up with no hair left

The facility is not too far from home
The facility is not too far from home. morning messages sent to see how I was. When one of the items on my head came loose, someone would come to my home to glue it back on. With osteoarthritis, the weight of the camera case was very heavy. I needed to take Taxi home after connections, and a taxi to have the connections removed. The appoint was sometime in mid November 2023. When do I get the results of the procedure?
