I want to thank you for your services

I want to thank you for your services. The bicycle was delivered on time. There were no problems. Another plus is the ability to track the order. Although, it always arrives on the date specified when placing the order.

Very satisfied with this company

Very satisfied with this company, I sent my bicycle to myself when moving, I was worried that the parcel would be delayed or there would be problems with delays, but everything was delivered quickly. Now I only order through them.

I have been using their services for a long time and will continue to do so. Delivery times are always adhered to, and they have a great app where you can find all the information. The delivery schedule is very convenient, and the delivery cost is pleasantly surprising!

Thank you very much!!! I accidentally saw an advertisement for this carrier when I was looking for a way to send my bicycle. I am satisfied with both the quality and, most importantly, the delivery service. Fast, convenient, the carrier's employees always answer any questions. Very satisfied!

The service was excellent

The service was excellent, with prompt and helpful responses to queries regarding packing and pick-up and delivery arrangements. The boxes provided for the bicycle were appropriate, and the bubble wrap and tape were of high quality. There are less expensive delivery services, but you get what you pay for. I will be very happy to use it again and recommend it.

Would not use - take bikes on plane instead

Dispatched 2 bikes ok - but then they got stuck at customs. Sendbike went completely silent and wouldn't help , wouldn't respond to emails, Instagram DMs, Facebook messenger or their livechat. Left to us to figure it out, pay custom fees and get the bikes moved on to end destination. So disappointed with this poor service - once they have your money they don't seem interested in supporting you at all.

Superb efficient service!

I recently used SendBike to send my son's bike from the UK to the USA. Having never done this before we were all rather nervous about sending such a prized (and valuable) item literally in a cardboard box across the ocean. The DHL collection and delivery was exceptional and the tracking system superb - and very reassuring: we could see every leg of its journey and that the bike arrived safely in Los Angeles and then Las Vegas in just three days! Due to my son's schedule the bike was stored for a few days before then being delivered by road to Utah, as promised, on his nominated date. Even this slight change to the original delivery was no problem at all. The bike arrived intact and in less than a couple of hours my son was riding it! I cannot thank SendBike enough for all their help from the very outset: the customer service is the best I have ever experienced: answering any questions I had at the outset promptly and informatively. I had shopped around for prices and SendBike was not only the best, but for this journey and customer support was worth every penny. I highly recommend SendBike to others!

Despicable customer service

Smooth sending and receiving process.
However the bike was damaged during shipping, which should be covered by the insurance.
I have sent many emails to SendBike to get back the money from the repairs, and all have been completely ignored after I sent all the required documents within the 7 days time window after receiving the bike.
Despicable customer service, would not recommend.

no show pick up and communication with company difficult

I booked with send bike as they said they would give me a three hour window for pick up and that they were sure that delivery could be done on a certain day. I ended up waiting 9 hours for the collection by DHL (which never arrived). I appreciate that they can't control whether the DHL driver shows up or not but I found communication, which they have full control of, very slow and unresponsive - you can only talk to them through the chat and every time I had to explain the situation again. The chat is also apparently open between 9-6 but there were multiple times when agents were not available in that time window. My shipment has now been pick up (72 hrs later) and in the end it did arrive in time but all in all it was a stressful experience!

I give you 5 star. It was easy to book and my bike arrived in two days from UK to Australia hassle free.
Will not hesitate to recommend this company. Pippa was of great help and assistance during the process. Excellent job as far as I am concerned.

Will leave you in limbo and waiting for collection that will not happen!!! I did not go to work and waited for whole day for the scheduled collection and nobody shows up. Not acceptable for wasting my time!

Not transparent about ADDITIONAL COSTS!!

I used sendbike.com to send my personal bike (bought in the EU) from the UK back to France after bringing it over for my studies. At no point did sendbike.com alert me to the fact that next to the charge of sending the bike, there would be import charges. Once in France, I was sent an email by DHL that I had to pay an additional €153.00 in customs duties. DHL informed me that sendbike.com should have specified that it was a personal item that was being sent (rather than a purchase made in the UK). Sendbike.com was totally not transparent about this whole process on the website!! Disappointing.

Ghosting my claim which I paid extra cover for

The communication was disastrous from the get go. Bike got collected to go to Japan and then no news for 10 days. When I contacted them, the bike was still in their warehouse!!! I told them many times it was urgent and the bike stayed for so long in the UK for nothing especially when they quoted a delivery in 6 days...
My bike got damaged during the transit which can happen. I bought the extra cover so I got my bike fixed at the local bike shop and sent the invoice to the company to get it refunded but after several email sent, I still have no answers from them.
Do not trust this company
