Great customer service

I have purchased three of the clover necklaces, which are beautiful & nicely packaged, but unfortunately one of them broke. I emailed the company & had a quick reply from Emmy, who was very helpful & understanding. I had a replacement sent out to me promptly, as soon as my broken one had been posted out to them.
Great service! Happy customer!

It looks like we advised via email that order may be delayed in transit. Usually Royal Mail do require more time to pass before we can declare a parcel lost however I can see that a replacement has been sent to you on an express delivery service and is due for delivery today.

I’ve ordered from this company a couple…

I’ve ordered from this company a couple of times because I absolutely love the design of the clover necklaces. The reason I’ve ordered a couples of times is because they’re flimsy and break. My most recent order was a clover necklace and bracelet set. The bracelet broke the first time I wore it. I managed to fix it and then it broke again 5 days later. The company reached out after this review and sent me another one straight away so their customer service has been great and I have updated my review. Hoping this one will last a bit longer as I do love the designs!

Amazing jewellery which doesn’t tarnish. I have the initial necklace and haven’t taken it off since May. I recently received the clover bracelet and it is perfect! Emmy in customer service is amazing, real credit to the business. Thanks so much!! Will 100% recommend and will purchase again.

Ordered clover necklace and the crystals fell out so received a replacement and now the chain has broken. Emailed 5 days ago and heard nothing, not the best customer service, so will chase yet again

I ordered jewellery with the correct address but haven’t received it, they then said it’s been sent back to them but why haven’t I got it sent back out? Been looking forward to promote this product.

We have spoken to you about this order and advised that you used a free promotional code meant for collaborators only. You sent us a screenshot of a PayPal transaction but this does not match the information on your order and we have received only £3.50 from you, for the shipping charge.

As we have not received the alleged funds, we cannot return them. We asked you kindly to contact PayPal for further advice.

We are happy to send you proof which shows the discount code you used which made your order completely free and the transaction for the £3.50 which is all that we have received (for shipping).
