We can see that we reached out to make you aware of a stock issue we had experienced with part of your order and explained that there would be a delay if you were happy to wait.

It looks like the second part of your order has unfortunately been lost in transit - this is very disappointing for us too as we are not able to control the delivery of our parcels, we wish we could do more. We have been in contact about this and you have been refunded.

The site accepted A express delivery which was not available and then after waiting my order was closed due to being oversold

Express delivery was an option at the time of ordering however due to closure over the Christmas period, there was a longer processing time before it could be dispatched on that service.

Sadly we did oversell on an item which we are incredibly sorry for - we appreciate how disappointing this must have been for you.

spent lots of money on various jewellery sets from this scam of a company. The jewellery arrived, cheap tacky s**t. Just 1 thing to list the bracelet wouldn't of even lasted a day. Would of snapped. So we returned all the jewellery. Had a notification saying my refund had been CANCELLED by the seller!!!!! With no explanation why!!! I have emailed and emailed and emailed no reply .... left a bad review on their Facebook page 2 days ago, and oh they replied to that trying to act professional and attentive in their response as this was for everyone to see (they basically asked for my order number for this to be looked in to) this information was provided to them as requested ... and guess what NO REPLY AGAIN. If you value your money and do not want to be robbed by these scammers do not buy anything, keep scrolling and find a legit company !!!!!

There was an issue with your refund processing back to Paypal and we provided information to ease your concerns that it had been issued from our side, we were not withholding your refund for any reason - this was a technical issue which we assured you were working hard to resolve.

My original order went astray but the company was quick to respond and sent areplacement out straight away by special delivery. The item is a gift which the recipient hasn't received yet so I can't comment on their satisfaction.

Amazing customer service and support…

Amazing customer service and support from Emmy. Quick responses and sorted out an exchange for my necklace which was so so lovely and it’s come in time for Christmas! 10/10 recommend. Love their jewellery.

I love Seola Jewellery website. I have ordered the silver open clover necklace a few times for Christmas and birthday gifts. One of my orders got lost in transit and they sent me a replacement at no extra cost. The communication from the Seola team was first class. I will definitely use them again. I have not recieved a confirmation…

I have not recieved a confirmation email having bought 3 necklaces, 2 for friends birthdays and am now panicking. Moneys been taken from my acct but nothing to say when it will be delivered. Purchase was made on 3rd, money taken from acct on 4th and today is nearing end of the 7th. Could I please find out. I have already emailed/messaged twice.
