Very happy with this company everything from looking at the website to receiving the goods was great, I emailed the company to find out if something could be added to my order that wasn’t included in the item I ordered I received an email from them very quickly and saying they would add this to my order.

Both the products and the service offered by the company are outstanding. The jasmine hand sanitiser is used by my whole family. It is superb.
The courier damaged my last order and Andrew stepped up and rectified it, arranging for replacements to be sent out immediately.

I've been buying products from this company for years & will continue to do so! Ethical & trustworthy products, reasonably priced, delivered promptly & great customer service.

Bottle didn't have a seal on it and half of it emptied into the box and bag in transit. When I contacted the company on several occasions no one came back to me. Very poor.

This situation has been satisfactorily concluded for me although there had been some issues with the courier and delivery. There had obviously been a problem with Comms and the company weren't aware of my issues. I withdraw the 1 star as the issue has been rectified.

All five pumps have such a delightful scent. Currently on a cruise with the Moro virus circulating, I'm diligently using them to ward off germs.

As usual, the items were dispatched quickly, arrived in good condition and the products ensure the clinic is safe for my patients and me --especially at this time of year, excellent rating all round.

If you want a quality product that cleans and doesn't irritate your skin then the Serenity wipes are perfect for you. I've been using hand and surface wipes for years and wouldn't change them for anything, yes they're a little more expensive than other wipes but you get what you pay for.

My order arrived timely and in perfect condition. As for some time now, I find Serenity's products are excellent! Over the years, I've ordered a few different items, but mostly the foam handsanitizers, which I swear by. They are alcohol free, gentle on the skin, no residue, importantly antibacterial and the scented ones are delightful. Thank you very much for the gift of the pocket/travel size of the Winter Spice foam handsanitizer, which smells truly divine. I hope you'll make more of that one!
