Great quality product, bought 6 hand pumps and 10 liters of refill sanitiser for my pub and couldn't be happier. Brillaint price for the lot and nexy day delivery (same day if ordered before 4pm) will defiently be using again in future.

I use this in our cloakroom which does not have a basin for hand washing. This is the second bottle. Lasts a long time. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant product, Fast shipping and great communication!!!

We wanted to ensure our school children were safe and so decided to invest in hand sanitsers. My initial contact to the company during the busy part of the pandemic was a splendid, easy and a rapid transaction. The company has time to talk to you and guide you to choose the correct products they have to offer.
It helped our school a lot that their hand sanitizers contained no alcohol, were vegan and made from organic ingredients which we feel was a safe product to go for.
The company exceeds all our expectations, their customer service is remarkable as they go that extra mile for you just to ensure you are a happy customer.
The lovely Natasha has been superb and extremely helpful and will brighten up your day... just like all the other members of this outstanding company - a pleasure to deal with - thank you.

Ordered the alcohol free hand sanitiser and the surface disinfectant great products, I have used the hand sanitiser a lot due to having a double kidney transplant and practicing good hand hygiene during this pandemic and it hasn’t dried my skin out.
Fantastic customer service and going forward I will be using Serenity Hygiene products in my shop when allowed to open again.

The product is highly toxic to aquatic life,it does not tell you that on the website,I keep tropical fish,so I might not keep the 5l I purchased.

Misleading product, ordered what we thought was hand sanitizer itiser, might as well have ordered soapy water.

When I raised the issue I was told it's not a faulty product and therefore no reimbursement.

Waste of money and poor customer service!!!!

i placed an order with this company on the 5th march and its now 2nd april and despite contacting them by phone and email i have recieved no reply from them neither have i recieved any goods from them, despite them now being £150 better off.Dont give me excuses about the covid 19 pandemic and being rushed off your feet as its a lame excuse.At least have the decency to answer emails or phone calls instead of diverting them to voicemail.you call yourself a professional company well if thats the case act like one as you look like a tin pot outfit from were im sitting.

Got the sanitiser after a few weeks delay and what I really appreciate is the honest responses from the company more than anything to a lot of criticism. I had many of the same questions about not a sealed container etc and the company has answered those to people leaving reviews. Good luck to them and us all in these challenging times.

The order took about two weeks to arrive and a long wait between email replies regarding the extended delivery time. However we did eventually get a reply to our emails shortly followed by successful delivery. The product feels good and hands do not dry out. The Hand sanitiser makes some good claims in regards of bacterial and virus suppression so it would be good to see some direct information on how it deals with Covid-19 as this is most probably the largest cause for the demand of this product right now. Keeping the line of communication open with customers is difficult but necessary.

We received one of these products and are not sure we even ordered It to start with since we were ordering other sanitiser products at the time.
I would like reassurance that this is sanitiser as stated since
1 it looks appears and tastes - yes tastes like water with a tiny addition of something to make a little foam.
2 there is no seal just a cap, so how do I know this is untampered with?

I’ve contacted this company 3 times now via the phone and email and nil response. Order placed 3 weeks ago now. Understand that demand maybe through the roof, but doesn’t take much to issue an automated email or text to keep customers up to date and manage expectations.

The automated message on the phone simply asks customers to leave a voicemail and bear with you. That is it. In today’s digital age there are way better options to keep customers informed of their order, not just a blanket busy message and an old fashioned leave an answerphone message after the beep.

Goods haven't arrived. I;m sure they will but I've been asked to review the service twice now with no goods in my possession! I haven't received a reply to my enquiry asking where they are either. I;m giving a 3 star in the hope they come and taking into account the COVID-19 situation
