First time taking role facilitated by SCS. I’ve been locum long time and compliance process always a headache!
Can’t say it was worse or better with SCS.

However my consultant Nik F has been supportive, available, professional and communicates!!
So far feeling valued and not just a cash cow.
A more positive experience than I’ve had in the past.

I have found the support from my consultant, Jemma , to be very poor. When requests are raised you need to chase her. Not good when your staff member has remained in post for 6 months past the original contract expiry date and maintained a high standard of work.

Beth is an excellent recruitment consultant delivering a most efficient service. I particularly appreciate that she keeps me informed, responds accurately and promptly to any queries and effectively represents my interests. In addition, her cheerful personality is always evident.

I had a great experience with Service Care Solutions - Sophie Taylor was my consultant throughout my assignment and was always there to support me, especially during a difficult time in my personal life.

Phonecalls were always answered in a timely manner, and emails responded to, usually within the same day. I have found this organisation to be one of the very best agencies, and will definitely contact again if my circumstances change, and I need to return to agency employment.

The thing that made my experience great was my consultant Lewis Hodson who was very helpful throughout my assignment and always offered me great support when I needed it and always made sure I was paid on a Friday

No complaints - no teething problems all went very smooth onboarding. Great staff very reliable friendly and helpful

Finding the job was easy but the amount of references that they asked for (essentially every job I had ever had was excessive).

The Consultant told me lie after lie during the placement and facilitated discriminatory practices by the end-user. Avoid these clowns. Nothing good ever comes out of Preston. Not since Tom Finney.

Taylor called me for a payroll role and was so helpful throughout the process, from preparing for the interview and feedback after the interview. She made the experience so calming. Thank you very much Taylor ☺️
