I applied for a vacancy with service care solutions 10/23 in Newark on Trent. My representative was initially very responsive even though my onboarding was held up due to my references clearing. For the vacancy I was required to attend a 3 day PMVA training course in Leicester, which meant that I had to pay a significant cost towards travel. Months after completing training, my recruiter failed to get me any work with the original client, or any other client for that matter, despite me emailing and calling regularly. They also stopped replying to my emails asking about my progress. On top of this, when I asked for my training certificates, I was asked to pay £300 to cover the cost of training, despite the fact that I had already attended, paid travel expenses and received no work from service care. Over the 4 months that I have been with this company I have lost significant income and feel completely let down. Would not recommend.

I was contacted by this company about a job that fitted my experience and the hours that I needed. Lady who I dealt with was very friendly with excellent customer service. Anything I asked questions about was very quickly answered.

This was a very positive experience and Greg kept me well informed at all times.

He was incredibly polite, positive and helpful , as were other members of the team when I called, so I will definitely be recommending Service Care Solutions!

Beth Kirby from Service Care Solutions has been absolutely fantastic supporting me as a candidate. She went above and beyond to help me be successful in the position I applied for. She worked overtime to make sure I was able to apply for a position before travelling overseas. She answered all my queries promptly, checked in with me at each step of the process and was extremely kind and lovely!

Having worked in agency recruitment, I'm aware of Lewis' type, calling you before he finishes in the hope he can submit some last minute candidate and hit his KPI's before signing off.
He done this with me and has since ghosts' every call when I am trying to chase him for feedback, and getting his other colleague Lewis or Mark to answer when dialled witheld.
Update: His manager/colleague Lewis called me to try and explain the way they work but said some contradictory things.
2nd Update after their reply: They did not submit my profile within 24 hours of "First contact" - I was told by the recruiter, Lewis O'Donnell, when he called me to try and justify his errors, that he submitted my profile on the Friday, whereas our "First contact" was on the Wednesday evening. Please do not use this agency as unfortunately I have come across many contradictions and now lies!!! Also when I spoke to Lewis O'Donnell's colleague also named Lewis, he promised me under GDPR, that my details would be deleted within 24 hours from their database, another lie as I have a text from Lewis O'Donnell saying "Removed from system as requested" at 15:48.

I recently had the pleasure of liaising with Otis at Service Care Solutions, who has been the best recruitment consultant I have ever worked with. He has worked hard to try and secure me a position and kept me updated at all times. He is professional, efficient, friendly, courteous, supportive and an absolute credit to the agency. I would not hesitate to recommend Service Care Solutions on the basis of this.

My manager at SCS Otis was incredible through my whole working experience with SCS . Responsive , professional, with a genuinely caring attitude , helpful , polite and always responded extremely quickly to any emails I sent or calls I made to him. He helped me navigate the systems and I felt very supported by him .

I recently spoke to the team at SCS, that i needed a new role urgently. Emma Petricco, called me within days to discuss a few roles. I would say, within 3weeks she had forward my CV and got me an interview, which i was successful. The process has been smooth
