Terrible company. Bought cinema vouchers from them, only to find out I ended up paying more for the tickets than if I had bought them directly from the cinema.
Trying to get a refund from them is like trying to get blood from a stone.

Ordered 2x Adult 2D Cinema Tickets (through Blue Light). Last page at checkout said transaction successful and gave me a reference number, stating it could take up to an hour for the tickets to arrive via email.
Checked the next day - no email. Logged into the Portal (on Service Seats) and it said there had been a problem with the payment and to try again! The money was showing as pending on Monzo...
I emailed the contact address, got an automated response (which went into my spam email folder, lol) which said I had raised a medium priority ticket and they'd get back to me. No timescale mentioned.
Meanwhile I'm still out of pocket - having to buy the cinema tickets for the trip (and pay twice now) and I'm yet to receive a response from Service Seats.
I've raised a dispute with my bank and I'm hoping they release the funds back to me.

not sure what is going on there, I never used to have problems with them, until now. Paid for tickets, never received the codes and not a single reply to my emails. What's truly disappointing, is that bluelight card just washes their hands off it and simply leave you to deal with a non-existing customer service team. After reading a fair number of similar reviews, I felt I had no alternative but to log a dispute with my bank, hopefully they can get the money back for me.
Safe to say, this is the last time I used them. Bluelight should definitely drop them and soon!

I paid for my cinema voucher, this lot helped themselves to the money from my bank account, but never sent the voucher. Thieves the lot of them. Do not use them unless you want to lose your money.

Paid £8.12 for voucher, went to use online to pay for a ticket (retail £10.99) and I still had to pay another £4 for the ticket, making it more expensive than if I hadn't used the voucher.

Useless - vouchers either expired after 2 minutes or had been used before, despite me not having used the code!! Constantly throws up a booking error on the Vue cinema website. Complete waste of time and very frustrating. This deserves a -5 star.

Purchased 3 limitless codes via Blue Light card. 2 codes worked. One code was already redeemed 6 days before we purchased it. Been given the run-around by Service seats, blue light card and Odeon. Avoid service seats at all costs/ Just read this review and the ones below it. Appears to be a total scam. Despite lots of emails we have had no response to a simple ask - give me a working code or a refund. Shame on Blue Light Card for using such a shoddy provider.
