Placed order monies taken no order number or confirmation no product delivered tried to contact no reply to email phone number does not work tried to report to Google but they have done nothing web site is still available and working. Do not use this company it a complete scam buyer beware!!!!!

This is a fraudulent outfit that is still advertising to date, full size beginners Acoustic guitars at £56.99 on the Google website, you place your order and they take your payment, plus an extra unauthorised payment of £3.95,from your account? that is the last you hear from them, they don't send you a conformation /or delivery message as per advertisement, they are impossible to contact after you have made the gross mistake of trying to do business with them!!, "Another recorded victim of this unscrupulous company.

Made an online purchase from Sevog and only after I paid and waited for Order Comfirmation and Order Number which I never received by email, decided to contact them via customer services and surprise surprise NOTHING. Not to be defeated rang the telephone number given for help with customer service only to discover the number given was for a motor repair garage. THIS COMPANY IS A COMP,ETE SCAM, DO NOT PHRCHASE FROM THEM!!!

Scam. Was charged. No email confirmation. Imposible to contact. Scam Do not order.

You place an order, receive no confirmation e mail and they take your money and run. I have e mailed several times and had no response, the telephone number is not recognised and they take more money than advertised plus additional money for a none sterling transaction. I have still received no goods or confirmation of my order. They are clearly SCAMMERS.

*UPDATE* Im very surprised that my item has arrived. I don't think its worth the price, but it did arrive. So I have changed my rating.

SCAM. Exactly what others have said. It's theft of people's money. I ordered an item. No confirmation email. Read the Trust Pilot reviews too late. Cancelled card but money taken from a company in America. Website has been reported.

This firm is a scam.Paid for item,not received. I sent three emails plus two telephone calls ,no response.
The parent company in caiifornia took the money on13th of October.

Paid for an item, didn't get an email confirmation. Payment was to a different company, charged my card more than the item was advertised for. I emailed them no response. My bank blocked the payment on Monday morning and returned the money to my account.

Absolutely disgusting company!! Do not use them, they take your money and run…. I had to call my bank as paid for 2 camping chairs and got no email absolutely nothing even after contacting them 3 times…. Complained to Google and told them…shortly after received 2 chairs but not what we ordered.

Scam, they took my money but nothing sent. Emailed them numerous times but no reply. I wish I had read the reviews first. I also wish I had paid with a credit card and not direct debit.

Crooks. I ordered a chair from them and was sent a totally different item worth a fraction of the price. In cohorts with a company called Denny Enterprises in Scotland. Stay well clear.

Is a scam. Stay away. Ordered a heater, but got no order confirmation or response. They have taken money so have asked my bank to return it. Do not buy here.

Scam as many have highlighted. Took money straight away but no confirmation email regarding purchase. Unable to contact and not responding to emails! Bank and fraud squad on the case.

I believe this is a scam .I wouldn't buy from them .they are not contactable .no tracking .no emails, no phone connection. I have the same experience as the other reviewers ..I got my money back from my bank thankfully.I reported them to various agencies .Google should stop them advertising in my opinion .

I am still waiting for my items a month later. Did everything I should to check the company before ordering. Owned by an overall company called Boniyt Ltd who I am chasing direct. Took money immediately, including an unauthorised currency exchange fee. Not answered any emails and I am following this up.

Thank goodness I paid how I did, finally received payment back from my bank but still heard nothing from this corrupt company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Took my money and never sent any information about the product, no tracking ID and no email regarding shipping. Several times I have emailed customer services with no reply!!

Scam. They didn’t ship any goods or even send a confirmation email.

The company has not sent my purchase, the contact details do not work and you can not contact the company, my payment was swapped for US $ and that also incurred charges, use at your own peril, you may not get your goods avoid is my advice.
