These crooks took my money for a telescope never turned up and I sent numerous emails to them they never replied. These conmen need to be removed from Google and sent to prison.

Big time scam took the money no product months later and I can’t get in touch with customer service . Do not waste your money there.ok after some emails I got my package I was really surprised the wait is over took a long time but it is here

Basically they are a scam site do not buy anything from them. I have been trying for weeks and multiple emails. I am very anoyed Google even showed me this site. Why are they still able to trade!! Is nothing going to stop these guys??

Ordered telescope,for my phone,back in 8th March,I have sent a lot of emails,asking where are they,given sorry messages and they are on there way but still not received them.is this company real sevog.would tell anyone never to order from his place!!!!!!!

Ordered an item in March 2022. Still waiting for it in July. They sent me an email about tracking with a blank tracking number. They have stopped answering my emails and it seems there is no other way of contacting them. This company is just scamming people. Every other review says the same thing.

I purchased a mini chainsaw from Sevog and that was a big mistake!!! The chainsaw was a Christmas present for my father and after placing the order and not receiving a confirmation email/receipt, I did not receive the chainsaw!! After a lot of emails and being told it had been lost in transit, I finally received my purchase over one month later!!! The mini chainsaw was supposed to come with two batteries and two chains, but it arrived with no batteries or chains, which made it totally useless!! I messaged them (no contact number!!) and was told they would look into it and get the matter resolved. Then nothing, no replies to my emails, total silence!!!!!! They relieved me of £60 of my hard earned money and sold me something that is unusable!!!
Sevog is a fraudulent company that should be avoided like the plague!!!!!
Buyer beware!!!!

I'm in good company here with zero reviews - this company either does not exist or exists only in name. No phone number, no responses to emails, and no product delivery. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS LOAD OF CROOKS

Paid for a voice recorder 6 weeks ago,Was told it would be despatched in 3-5 working days.Despite 7 e-mail s all I have had is 1 automated message.This company are a total scam and should be avoided at all costs.Do not give them any money you will get nothing in return.

After ordering and paying for a mini chainsaw, we have still not received it 2-3 weeks later. E-mailing, telephone calls and attempts via the internet to find an appropriate means of communication we have drawn a blank.
The tracking no. obviously didn't work.
It is so annoying that these scam websites are allowed to operate for so long.
Do not get involved.

scam.........we ordered 2 chainsaw batteries weeks ago, no item came, and the phone numbers are not in use..........feel sick being scammed like this...avoid

I have purchased a chainsaw sharpening jig from SevoG.com on the 09/03/2022 but I have not received the item or an email to confirm the delivery. I have emailed them on the 20/03/2022 but have not received a reply. I suspect this scam organisation. Do not purchase from them.

I purchased an item on 28/12/21, today is 24/2/22, 2months later after several emails to them when all I receive is a generic email back saying they need to check with their account office how to repay me my payment for the non-delivered item I have drawn a blank. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

This company supplied a product for £30 that did not work. They have ignored my request for a returns label and do not respond to my emails positively.
I feel they are untrustworthy, supplying faulty goods, then avoiding any responsibility.
