Great shopping experience at…
Great shopping experience at Sewisfaction. The website was easy to use and I easily placed my order. Unfortunately one of the fabrics had just become out of stock but Sue called me straight away to let me know and arranged for a refund. The fabric came a few days later and is absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely be shopping with them again!!

I have looked into this and can see there was an issue with our original courier. I completely understand the frustration over the delay, and we have changed the couriers we work with over the last few months. It is a tricky balance to keep the cost as low as possible for our customers but also ensure quick and reliable delivery. We've definitely learnt a lot from the couriers we have used and are now confident that our international delivery is much quicker.

I'm so pleased you love the shop and do understand your point about postage. We dispatch our orders within 48 working hours except in really busy times and the majority of our orders then arrive within two days, but there are some occasions when parcels get delayed. We're currently looking at a different way of working with Royal Mail which should help us get parcels to you even quicker.

I did a week basic sewing class and…
I did a week basic sewing class and i could not fault it. Everything was explained in detail step by step we could all work at our own pace, nothing was rushed. Would recommend to anyone .... if fact i liked it so much I have just booked the next level class and a patchwork class. Lovely venue and classroom.

Lovely class making trousers
Lovely class making trousers, we ran out of time to finish them in the class but it did not matter as I learnt so much that I’m confident to make my own clothes. I can now measure myself, adapt a pattern and I know more about my sewing machine.
A great way to spend a day sewing, I will return for another class!
