Can’t say how much I love sewisfaction and of course Sheona, her personal after care is amazing and very much appreciated!!! A fab shop, a fab showroom which I’m sad is so far away from where I live and a fab business woman! A real inspiration I’ve watched since you stripped your beautiful caninite and painted you chairs!!! Wonderful!!!!!!!!

Disappointing

I have looked into what happened with your order and can see some of the fabric you'd ordered was out of stock, we had emailed you a couple of times to see whether you wanted to proceed with a smaller piece or receive a refund. I understand the email we had for you was incorrect and as soon as you called the shop the issue was rectified. I am very sorry that you didn't have the positive experience I want all our customers to have and can assure you we always strive to put our customers first. If you do order from us again I'm certain it will exceed your expectations.
