Looking through the history, the address you supplied us with was incorrect and subsequently Royal Mail could not deliver the package. When the package was returned to us, we immediately contacted you to resolve the incomplete address. You responded asking for a refund, which we gladly complied with. You paid £31.50 and were refunded £31.50 which was send via your original payment method. I’m afraid that I cannot see any further communication from you advising of this issue new issue and therefore this is the first we are hearing about it. As detailed above, I can see no problem or short fall in the refund, so kindly double check your records and should there still be a problem, contact sales@sexsuperstore.co.uk so we can investigate further.

I’d like to clarify, the product in question is safe and fully tested, with no other reports of it causing any electric shocks. Once the product was returned to us, it was inspected and no issue could be found with it. In line with our returns policy, we were unable to issue a refund as the product has been used, however after further dialog we agreed as a gesture of goodwill to issue a refund.
