Great customer service
Great customer service, answered my questions back within just a few minutes. Delivery took about 2 days and the items were dispatched immediately. Products are working as advertised so far without any issues, overall a great service and no complaints for now.

Satisfactory Customer service
I was not entirely happy with 2 items I bought from Sexsuperstore as they were not suitable for me.
The products were returned and in due course refunded to my satisfaction. The process took a while to conclude but the customer service was polite and effective.
