Slight embaressment
Ordered two vibrators. One didn't work. The returns process wasn't all that clear but the guy in the phone centre was very good and I felt no embarresment with him. I returned the faulty one. The only embaressment was that I had to get proof of postage and the name of the store was on the label which had to be copied by the Post Office worker. The replacement was sent out very quickly and worked. Both are excellent quality.
