I bought a preorder item, on 3rd of November 2022 and it was never shipped. I have never gotten an update and on their website it states that it takes about 6-12 weeks to manufacture... well it has been 18 weeks from this day. I have sent them multiple emails and never got a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISGUSTING BRAND

I had a bad experience with shekou. I ordered 4 things and both clothing items were way too small. I had gotten a size up in the jeans (M) but they still didn’t fit. The top i bought was so tight i could barely fit it. I had also bought a ring, it said it was made out of silver, it turned my finger green pretty quickly. I don’t think real silver does that. The sizing is horrible so you either have to size up one or even two more sizes before they could actually fit you. The only fine thing i got was a necklace.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER!
If this was ever a legitimate company, it is no longer one. They take your money but never ship a product!

Don't just leave it, get your money back with your bank. Do it as soon as possible, this company will never refund you and just string you along for months with rubbish excuses to gaslight you.

I did not receive my order (UK) and after 3 months, after sending email after email and only getting a response every now and then and a very inaccurate and generic response I might add, I asked for a refund.
Nothing, no response.
So after another 3 weeks I contacted my bank and they were able to help me get my money back.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU, NOT REFUND YOU, YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH NO PRODUCT AND THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. NOT WORTH IT, DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES. GET YOUR PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE.

If you're lucky, you might be able to get your money back with your bank. Always try that, fill in whatever form.

Don't just leave it and let them take your money.
This is just a scam site now.

Never got my jeans that I ordered. It’s been over a year!!! Terrible customer service too

I’m a new customer and this is my first ever purchase from Shekou. All bags were pretty. We’ll, some we’re not as I expected then to be and one of them wasn’t the same as the bag I purchased online. It’s completely different but same colours. The packaging was also nice and my order arrived super fast too which I like. Thank you so much.

if i could give 0 stars i would. this shop is an absolute SCAM. i am STILL waiting for my $100 order in march 2023 which i ordered in JUNE 2022??!!! i have emailed repeatedly about a refund and they refuse to give me my money back. i’m fuming and they’re just so terrible i can’t believe i wasted my money on absolutely nothing. every single time i email i get a stupid excuse that isn’t even relevant. apparently my order has been shipped but conveniently it doesn’t have a tracking number???? and they only just said it’s ‘shipped’ after i left a bad review last time :) pathetic company GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK or i’ll be taking legal action.

Ordered over 6 months ago, no items received, no response to emails, £120 stolen from them

Ordered 4 items in Jan 2022 it’s Feb 2023 it still ain’t here and they don’t respond to emails. One of the items I ordered isn’t even on the site anymore. They are a scam don’t waste money.

Absolutely appalled by their service. Ordered from Shekou in january 2022 and now in February 2023, 13 months later, still no sign of my order. My order number and tracking number now do not exist for some strange reason. Have emailed on multiple occasions asking for a refund/ cancellation and have not been given one. do not order! I feel scammed.

After I had purchased the $40 parachute pants I realised I had "pre-ordered" them. Well it's been nearly 8 months, how much longer till I can recieve my "pre-order"? I emailed them in the beginning after waiting 3 months and they replied saying pre-orders can take up to 4 months to deliver. I waited 9 months for my order and still nothing. Ever since then I have been trying to contact them but they don't even bother responding to me anymore. Do NOT order from here. I am so annoyed and I would give negative 5 stars if I could.

Oh my god, i just love your cheapish😊 and stylish clothes, and you delivered the day after I ordered, so that's great. Your clothes are just the BEST and you are really kind and cool.

SCAM!! Please do not buy from this store it is so incredibly illegal. I bought a $60 set 6 MONTHS ago. I got a message 2 weeks later saying it was "shipped" (after I emailed them asking for an update) and then they would not reply to the rest of my emails. I've gotten no response other then a computer generated message saying "reply rate are around 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS" AND another computer generated message later saying "they are experiencing delays". There are NO valid reason for these "delays" and I don't expect to ever receive this set unfortunately. They refuse refunds and have just stolen money. I'm praying someone does some legal action towards them because this is a joke. Do not give your money away to these people. All of these 5 star ratings are computer generated or they are being paid to write these reviews because they are all lies. Please don't be gullible and buy from these frauds.

Really wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered from them!! It took 5 months for a pair of trousers to be delivered to me despite loads of emails asking where my order was and eventually asking for a refund. I was fobbed off every time until the day it was actually delivered and then it was too small and not needed. Tha5 day I was sent an email saying g it had been delivered!!! Funny how they only got back to me then!! Do not under any circumstances order from this company, no customer service whatsoever, no refund policy and as it took 5 months to deliver the item is it really worth me paying to send it back to exchange?? Absolutely shocking people can get away with this level of fraud nowadays!!

Well after a whole year and some not so friendly emails I finally got my order.
Good quality but not worth the afford. Also its not true to size. Its too small..

Don’t use this shop! They don’t deliver, answer or give refund! Last email I got after ordering 6 months ago, said they were having problems with the manufacturer…I don’t think I will ever see the clothes or money!

It took 8 months, terribble communication.

This whole store is focused around skinny girls I’ve never seen them advertise a big girl or a larger woman so large size barely even fits
