Soooooooo I did end up getting my order after inquiring about it and they sent out a second one in good faith. I received it yesterday but ordered it back in October 2021 lolz. Order from them if you’ve got the patience to wait 16 months for your order to come in.

Only way to get your money back is to tell them you are going to pursue legal action. They will say they can't offer a refund due to their policy, but if you never receive your items it is breaching the New Zealand Consumers Guarantee Act. Call this out and tell them you will be contacting a lawyer unless they immediately issue a full refund. The store is a complete scam.

SHEKOU - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ordered June 2022 and still don’t have item. Refuse to send me a refund, only offering a store credit.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a bathing suit back in March 22, 2022. I have emailed this company and it takes them MONTHS to respond and it has almost been a full year since I have ordered. Their responses have been dry and automated and not helpful whatsoever. This is absolutely a scam and if you purchase from here you won’t get a refund or the product you’ve purchased. Do not buy it is a scam.

They sent the completely wrong size and I emailed them about it over a week ago and they still haven't gotten back to me!

Ordered a medium but the size was more like an extra small - not fitted for real people, tried to get a refund, was open to getting a bigger size but they never responded to my email

never got my parcel or any tracking information, contact via e-mail seems like chatting with bots

My order from February 2022 has still not arrived, when I emailed them about this in September I had to wait 13 days to receive a copy and paste email about how delivery to UK can take a couple of months. An absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I orders two to sets of earings and two sets of a sweater set but i only recieved one set of each thing so i had a really bad experience with you guys and im very disappointed as i sent u a email and its been quite a while so im not happy with my purchase at all.

Ordered some items in May 2022 and never received. I keep chasing customer services for a refund but they only offer a credit note. I don’t trust them to send anything else and it’s not a return - it’s an unfulfilled order!
Avoid - they’ll steal your money and leave you with nothing!

My daughter ordered some clothes in pre order and never received anything. Useless answers from customer services Money gone. STAY AWAY from these thieves

I have been waiting 7 months for my order. Their customers service is terrible and every time I have contacted them they have sent the same message back each time saying the process will take 6-12 weeks. It had been 7 months. To top this off we can’t get a refund only points to then spend in their store! STAY AWAY

Daughter pre-ordered re-usable filmcamera's on their site. After months (initial delivery would be 6-8 weeks) she got notice that there were some delay. Each couple of months there were new excuses and she was asked to wait.
Eventually after a year of waiting we asked for restitution. First they referred to the store policy stating this is not allowed. After reading it I told them that was not true. Now I received an e-mail stating that restitution is not possible anymore as the restitution period has passed. So there are basically admitting that they personally made sure that no restitution can be given back....

Nice quality but took a year to arrive… never buy from there again!

I would give it 0 status if it was possible. I ordered a “PRE-ORDER: Reusable 35mm Film Camera- Orange Swirls × 1” on de 16th april 2023. Today it’s 26th december and after 30,90€ after, it never arrived. I even emailed them and They told me to wait inútil SEMPTEMBER. Total scam

When I had placed my order I waited for half a year. Sent them a complaint email and they wrote back that the shipping duration was longer than usual. Waited for another two/three months and still haven't received my order. I wrote them another email and they wrote back that they cannot offer me a refund. Shekou is a total scam...

If only i could put zero star...

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. I never received my order. it has now been 3/4 of a year, I think I ordered around March and never saw my order. I contacted their email and wrote that I was missing a receipt and my package after 3 weeks. I was told that it was ordered sustainably so it took longer. Fair enough. I contacted them again after the 4-6 weeks and was told that some of what I had ordered was not in stock so they would split the package in two. A little month ago I wrote again as I had not seen some of the packages and have now been ignored. Unfortunately, I don't think I will see either my package or money refunded
