As a consultant acting for the customer, we got torn between an issue between Shell and AvantiGas which was not going anywhere despite readings showing the invoice was excessive by a long way. Thanks to Jonathan Waldron for being persistent and keeping me updated, the experience was alot more positive then it could have been and he has managed to get a resolution at last with AvantiGas. The customer service from Shell is fantastic and I can not recommend it any higher then I can because despite a long drawn saga, I knew I had someone I could count on. Thank you Jonathan :)

We have been working with Dawn as our Account Manager now for a number of months. We manage a large portfolio of meters so are used to dealing with energy suppliers on a regular basis and Dawn has been one of the best we have ever had. No issue is too small for her to resolve and she does it in a friendly, helpful, accurate and timely manner at all times!

We had a contract which had been agreed several months ago but we were being charged out of contract rates. The contract was looked at straightaway and the situation resolved very quickly.
This was more than we could have hoped for especially in the current climate.

Setting up new clients onto the website,initially it went OK but I couldn't see historical invoices. Emailed the contact us team who replied really quickly. While they investigated the portal they sent me all the invoices I needed. As soon as the fix was in place I was updated. Saved me lots of time in the end. Big Thankyou to Austin for sorting.
