Even though my question was about the product that they sell, I wasn't given an answer as they said that they couldn't because I didn't buy it on their website?? You should still know about the products that you sell, it shouldn't matter where it was purchased?? So I was fobbed off to find somewhere else rather than give me an answer to a simple question. Sorry, but that's NOT good enough.

I had an issue with a faulty product. I contacted the support team explaining the issue. I had a response the same day. I was asked some further information about the fault. The next response which came minutes after my reply, was to inform me a replacement for the faulty product was on its way to me.
Cannot fault the service.
Excellent customer service and aftersales support is how it should be done. Dealt with our faulty unit within 30 minutes of the email and then reposnded again with a replacment unit within the hour and shipped the same day. Wish all the online reailers were as easy to deal with. Golden Service.

Just very reasonable and professional staff. I needed to return an item and upgrade it they agreed to take it back even though I didn't have the box. Very easy to deal with.
I purchased two smart sockets and two BLU PIR sensors, the first sensor worked a treat but I couldn't get the second one to do anything, The support was very disappointing, email after email over days with no success, a phone number to ring would be much better.
In the end I sent it all back for a refund.
Support was very good. Support from Yehuda was methodical with a testing procedure helped get to the root of the problem.
Great temp/humidity sensors at a good price.
When I had a problem with a device, the support received was excellent and a replacement was shipped out as soon as the unit was confirmed to be faulty.
All in all, an excellent company to deal with.

I have ordered from Shellystore twice now and delivery has always been quick with items well packaged. In the latest order one item was faulty and couldn't be configured, a replacement item was arranged by Yehuda and shipped quickly. I will definitely order from them again.
