Store is not an official Shelly store, it is a third party and refused to RMA a Shelly product as it was not bought through them. Even though the defect is well documented and recognised by Shelly. Will be removing all of my other Shelly products as they are not reliable

TRV OK'ish but still doubtful of long term efficacy
Purchased the TRV but had to wait several weeks for product to be stocked....
not a problem in itself however when it arrived found it difficult to set up. Eventually TRV had to be assigned a static IP address, DHCP failed even with only the one Shelly device on my network.
Eventually got everything set up and also connected via app which is/was great until device failed to allow changes to the schedules due to a 'communication failure' requiring a firmware update. Firmware update via web server and/or app failed and had to raise a ticket and had to force update the device via URL!
Question...Why did a 'new stock' device need a firmware update so soon??
Schedules inexplicably disappeared one day and had to re-entered, fairly straightforward but would be unwieldy if my desired quota of seven TRV's is ever realised...why cant these schedules be saved somewhere securely. Unsure idf schedules are can be copied twixt multiple TRV's

ShellyStore.co.uk is an awesome company…
ShellyStore.co.uk is an awesome company to deal with! I have purchased from them 4 or 5 times over the last year or so. They have always shipped orders very quickly and I've never experienced any issues.
Today, however, I had to report an issue with one specific device (this is not the store's fault, but a hardware issue confirmed with the manufacturer). Not only did ShellyStore.co.uk reply very quickly to my query (much faster in fact, than the original manufacturer), but they immediately arranged to ship a replacement device out to resolve the problem.
I would highly recommend ShellyStore.co.uk to anyone interested in the terrific range of Shelly products. Not only do I trust them to deliver the actual products, but after today, I now also know that their after-sales support is second-to-none. Well done guys! I will definitely be purchasing again.
(If I had any further wish, it would just be that you would also carry the ShellyPlug and ShellyPlug-S products in your inventory, though I understand the most likely reason you do not is because these are not available with a standard UK plug - therefore when buying these I've had to source them elsewhere.)

Shelly Products and Support
The Shelly products I have, Shelly Plus 1, Shelly Duo White Bulb, Shelly Duo RGBW and 3 x Shelly Button 1 are wonderful. However I the 'inclusion' description in the installation leaflet confusing.
However their support was excellent, both prompt and helpful.
Shelly 1 poor termination
Whilst the Shelly 1 does what it says and works with wifi extremely well the terminals let it down for larger loads. UK use solid 2.5mm cables for 16amp circuits which do not sit very well in the tiny terminals, more designed for stranded cables. Complaint was dismissed by customer service.

Dodgy Dealer
Ordered and paid for delivery of Shellymotion Sensor to add to my other make smart devices. Unlike my other smart devices which connected to my wifi without problem, the Shellymotion Sensor refused to connect despite apparently simple installation instructions. After 3 days of Shelly IT Support alternate method suggestions all of which failed they concluded that the Shellymotion Sensor was defective and should be replaced. However Shelly Store is a reseller of Shelly Products and Shelly Store was responsible to initiate the replacement. Shelly Store tried to pass the buck back to Shelly Products so I lost faith and demanded a full refund. Shelly Store emailed me a return label and I duly sent back the Shellymotion Sensor. Yehouda of Shelly Store at Gateshead has now part refunded my purchase price, having deducted my delivery charges saying that the device has been tested and found to be in perfect working order so they are treating this as a return of an unwanted device.
I leave readers to decide on the veracity of his actions but I will certainly never use Shelly Store UK again and will be advising Shelly Products of his behaviour .
Do not risk your money with this company
Do not risk it.
Ordered £250 worth of items. 4 out of 15 items were missing on delivery, but when I challenged the company on it they sent a blurry picture of (some of) the items that were not received, and said they had weighed the package, so it must have been my error or dishonesty. Have refused to make good on the order or refund for the missing items.
The shelly kit works well, but many of the items (e.g. the bulbs and some of the relays in particular) emit a constant high pitched whining noise so not really suitable if you can hear high pitch unless contained in walls. I have the relays in junction boxes but can still hear them.
But either way, I don't recommend you use shelly store, my experience has been terrible.
