Never had i ever seen such a bad / Crap company and Product When i purchased Shelly EM unit i searched Shelly and was taken to the Europe site, i purchased the Shelly product and then realised it was being shipped from Bulgaria and took 10 days to get here. So Angry !!
Then it does not work at all !! so contacted customer support and they are telling me to contact the manufacturer (Shelly) for support, when i am talking to Shelly Store UK ?

Shelly Plus 2PM Relays for Roller Shutters
Very good products that are limitless in their application. Backed up with very good knowledgeable support & quick response time.
The Shelly app is really good with the amount of control it gives you to tweak the product you're using.
I used two Shelly Plus 2PM relays to control my garage roller shutters from my iPhone. I can use either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, it even shows you the position of the shutters and the power consumption when running.
Very impressed!

Impressed with this company, especially the customer service.They helped advise which products I would need to automate a garden room light.
Upon delivery I had a number of probably basic questions, but the team made the effort to respond to my messages and I now have exactly what I wanted. Likely to buy more shelly devices in the future.
