The worktops are beautifully done in our kitchen. The installers are careful and friendly.

Bought a kitchen from IKEA with a worktop from Sheridan 4 months ago. Now, several on the day cancellations later, I am still without a kitchen top and living in a house without a kitchen! Emailed and called no answer. No end in site to this nightmare! As far as I am concerned my money was stolen months ago! Terrible service!

The men who fitted my worktop were very friendly and professional. They clearly took pride over their work and did not rush.

The delivery and installation of our quartz worktops where done to a very professional and high standard.

Very happy with the installation of the slab tech worktop. Kept informed of estimated arrival and courteous workmen handled the installation and explanation of cleaning, etc. Would highly recommend this company.

We recently had a quartz kitchen work surface installed. The survey was quick and painless, everything was explained well.
The delivery and installation was quick, clean and the guys very helpful.

First templates never arrived to measure on date given, then First set off worktops arrived with chips in them , which they came back with new set , they had holes drilled out for wires coming out for sockets , which were too big …. Finally came back out to replace them for 3rd time. Wished I had gone with a different company now , booked these via Howdens which had been great in helping sort out issues !

Templater did not arrive on the appointment day. After calling several times with no result, a text message that evening stating a next day visit would happen instead. I took a day off work for nothing. Required additional payment for “extra labour” but only used two of the three men in the van, for this I paid £240 EXTRA. Atrocious treatment. Worktops are fine, as expected, but I feel ripped off.

Really made up with our new worktops they really set the kitchen off the guys that fitted them where very professional, clean and have done a fantastic job

We were delivered 7 pieces of worktop. During fitting it became clear that one was a totally different shade to the rest. They have since admitted that they sent 6 from one batch and 1 from another.
Sheridan are refusing to replace it as apparently it's our fault we didn't notice. (We checked for damages upon arrival but wouldn't have thought one would have been a totally different colour when unwrapped.) We now have an unfinished kitchen and have incurred extra costs from the fitter who had to re-cut the piece again.
They haven't even offered us a discount on the new piece we are now going to have to buy.
Wickes themselves have even said it's disgusting.

Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking company- avoid at all costs! I don’t know why Wickes still use them…the customer service team at Wickes say they’ve been terrible for years! Measuring all worked so smoothly, then no date for fitting given until the fitter arrived (no communication and unsurprisingly we weren’t in), no new date supplied for several days. When the surface was fitted the sink wasn’t sealed or fitted under the surface properly, there wasn’t a hole drilled for the taps and an additional piece couldn’t be added as the fitter didn’t have the right glue. Absolute shambles. Not provided with a new date to rectify the problems. Our fitter is livid at the level of service, as are we. Spent several hours on the phone to customer services to chase this up. New date set for today and they didn’t show up, despite 4 phone calls throughout the day to check they were still coming…and still no information about when they’ll turn up! Absolutely fuming, how can any company get away with this appalling service! Why are Wickes letting their reputation suffer with this appalling service?

Good service from start to finish, Very professional. Turned up at the time they said they would just got on with the job, gave good aftercare advice, left the place clean and tidy, in and out within the hour would highly recommend.

The worktop installation was done very profesionally and is looking great.

The fitters kept us informed of thier arrival time. They were friendly, efficient and professional. They were clean and careful in our tiny kitchen!
