Big thanks to the lads who solved a big problem one section off the up lift lokked terrible as window ledge was out so the lads made a new peice and re measured the up lift to suit the window know looks great thanks lads

The guys were excellent and perfectly installed our new cabinet tops. The joins are almost invisible and it looks fantastic. Thanks Mark and his wing man!

Unfortunately I wasn’t there when the quartz was fitted , the fitters didn’t put the tap on whilst installing the tops which every other work surface company I’ve used does causing extreme difficulty to now get the tap in place and will require butchering the back panel as the pre drilled hole isn’t quite right and also the splash back seems to be notched out to much around the cooker hood so will require a 10mm silicone bead to hide the gap which isn’t very good considering the customers are paying top money , I personally won’t be using Howdens solid surfaces again

The worktop is beautifully fitted and really makes the kitchen. Very pleased with the quality of the cool to touch carera surface

I ordered and paid for worktop that was discontinued by the manufacture (Sheridan worktops). Received a confirmation of purchase message together with the delivery date, seemed all fine until two days before the worktop was due I received a message saying the worktop was no longer available. Since this was a 'statement' worktop, the whole kitchen was designed around it, so this was catastrophic news. Long story short Sheridan sold the worktop I ordered three weeks before, no explanation given. They did offered another alternative but that was not going to work and they said there was nothing they could do. They are not reliable at all.

The workmen called prior to arriving to confirm when they would be there. They gave me an approx time it would take them to fit the worktop and they finished earlier than expected. They left the place clean and tidy and made a lovely job of fitting the worktop. They also explained how to maintain the worktop .

Very organised from templating to fitting the guys Tony and Will were great and very friendly. Had a two hour time slot on the days they were coming- very happy. What was disappointing though was the finish with the up stands. I noticed after the fitter left they hadn’t put sealant on the edge of the up stands against the wall. I phoned Sheridan’s who said contact the company you ordered the work tops from. To which I did and they hadn’t heard this before so contact Sheridans who said they don’t put sealant on. They recommended a painter to do the work or the kitchen fitter. Bit disappointing after paying thousands for the work tops and extra labour that they just leave a gap and an unfinished look. Other companies who do the quartz worktops do seal the up-stands. So now I have to pay extra to get the kitchen fitter back to finish what I feel should have been done by Sheridan’s. Also the lack of care on the phone was disappointing too. They could also have said they don’t seal up stands before I paid the invoice as I would have questioned this.

High quality work!! Chris and Jamie are excellent, experienced and friendly professionals, they installed our beautiful granite kitchen tops and we can’t thank them enough. If I ever need worktops installed again, they would be the company of choice.

We have just had our work tops fitted, after weeks of delays, firstly a cancelled survey appointment, that nobody knows who cancelled it and a day taken off work, then after eventually getting a date for fitting and waiting for the fitters to turn only to be told the next day that they couldn't make it the day before and was told not to answer our calls, we eventually got the fitters to our house with the work tops only to be told there were batons missing, which we provide ourselves, so we could get the kitchen finished, so in all our experience was not the best by far

The service from Sheridan has been utterly useless. First they bring the wrong size worktop, Big fight over this, then they agree to correct but turn up with top but no leg. Next they make another appt & bring leg but no top. 3 visits, 6 weeks with no island=no hob, still not sorted. The people I have dealt with are all nice. The communications systems are ridiculously poor. The company itself is utterly useless.

To be clear, this review is not about the fitters who were first class.
The fitters were not Sheridan employees.

The template session took 4 hours yet it was not explained to us that there would be a massive join in the island in an area that would be heavily used. The joint would have failed within weeks. The correct place for the join was ignored during the 4 hour template session.
We rejected the island worktop and are awaiting a new piece with a fit-for-purpose join from Sheridan.

We have recently had a quartz worktop fitted by Sheridan the quality of the finish is exceptional. We cannot praise the installation technicians enough for their highly skilled craftsmanship, efficiency and professional approach.

I absolutely love my new Quartz worktop fitted by Sheridans. On both visits they were on time, very efficient and left everywhere clean and tidy.
I am very happy and would highly recommend them.

Eight times this company failed to show up for fitting. After chasing each time as to why no one turned up for the appointment they gave us, we were fed lies and false promises by the ops manager… One day they missed their morning time slot, claimed our slot was for the afternoon, and still failed to show. Promised they would send an email confirming free fitting as compensation (never happened), luckily we cancelled the order and left them with 6k worth of worktops custom to our kitchen. Found a local supplier, who had same style worktops, was cheaper and templated/fitted in just over two weeks.

For those interested, Howdens purchased this company early this year. Glad we didn’t buy our kitchen from Howdens, as we would have been stuck at the mercy of Sheridan’s incompetence.
