Ordered 4 items 6months ago, they didn't arrive. 6 emails went back and forwards the company said they couldn't refund my money and refused to send replacemeny item, saying they may be delayed but would arrive !! They haven't . Don't use this company !!!!

Emailed scammers and every email is returned back.

Ordered in April, never arrived. Emailed them weekly since, they stalled me saying they would look into it and never got back to me! The same each week! Tried to do a chargeback via my bank, but it’s too late as more than 4 months! Do not buy from here

Wish I read the reviews, brought the bras which was rubbish.. emailed got Anna who at first tried to get me to send back abroad, after many emails i got the UK returns address, sent back providing proof in April. I am still (August) emailing Anna to get my money back, but every email I get from this Anna is please be patient while we look into this, my last 2 emails have been ignored. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.. I also wonder why these places are allowed to trade??

Items received but didn’t fit. Anna at ‘She’s pretty’ emailed me back and provided me with a return address (71-75 Shelton St, Covent Garden, WC2H 9 JQ). I returned them at my expense. Royal Mail returned the parcel to me a few days later as they couldn’t deliver it. I have emailed She’s Pretty multiple times since and Anna who I originally dealt with but no reply back from them. Avoid buying from them. Looks like a scam.

I ordered 2 new bras in May 2025 I received them in June but they were too big, I never received a confirmation of purchase email or an order number to return, so I found an email address on the website. When I wrote to them to return the items, they gave me a London address to return to, which I paid recorded delivery for at £10. I have now been emailing them for a month because I still haven't received a refund, despite my postal tracking confirming they have received the parcel. The emails I receive from them appear to be computer generated saying the same thing every time, I'm getting nowhere. It's now time to contact my bank and report to the fraud investigation team. SCAM DONT BUY! It's now almost August

I bought a bra after seeing an ad on Facebook (I know)
I wanted something supportive & unwired having just had surgery.
The limited size range left me guessing what to order and when it arrived it didnt fit & was very uncomfortable. Thats when I started on the journey of trying to return it for a refund. The company's website section headed returns doesnt actually have any information on the process, and like others I was asked to send it back at my own expense & wait for a refund. 2 months and multiple emails later they are still telling me that they will pay up when they receive the item back. I think I know they are never going to refund me but I am not going to stop contacting them and am going to review them negatively on every platform I can to help other people avoid the experience.
Please dont purchase anything from this company.

I ordered items in April and yet we are approaching the end of July and despite emailing them weekly I still have no other answer other than “your item is on route” or “your item is in shipping”

I am pretty sure emails are all bot answers and not actually from a person.

This company is a complete scam. Please do not order.

I cannot give less, but if I could I would. I ordered a black, and a white bra at the beginning of April 2025, today is July 24th and I STILL haven’t received my purchase, I emailed them over a month ago and asked for a refund, I was told my purchase had been dispatched and as such no refund could be offered. The worst company I’ve ever had dealings with, I’d go so fast as to say it’s probably a scam.

My bank has refunded me the money I have lost, and is investigating the matter. So if you lost money it’s worth a try. Still have not received any bras or contact from this company.

Do not trust this company. Ordered in 17th April. Still not received it. Emailed numerous times to be told they are dealing with it. Scammers through and through

I bought this bra which was a very poor fit. I returned their item as instructed and have still not received a refund despite aprox 2 months. They are poor at responding , do not provide telephone contact and now despite photographic evidence of delivery are saying they cant find the bra and will not refund. They operate out of a business address with loads of other companies in London. Very poor service, lots of emails. Don't buy from them.

I received 2 bras which did not fit and was asked to send photos. I was given an address to send them back to for a refund. Postage cost me £5.55. My package was returned by Royal Mail as "refused" I know now that this is standard for this scam company. I've sent several emails and keep being asked for the order number and tracking number. This company is absolutely fraudulent.

I Ordered 2 bras 3 months ago and I still haven't received them. I have contacted the company and received several assurances that the items were coming.....but nothing.
I received no reply from my last email. Money lost and lesson learnt.

I would actually review this company as minus 5. I ordered on 14th April. Purchase has still not arrived. After numerous emails promising that it would arrive soon, I have given up and accepted that I’ve lost the money I spent. Lesson learned is to always check reviews before purchasing.

Purchased from She’s Devine Item arrived which was a shock
It didn’t fit contacted them regarding returning for a refund
I had to send it back my expense they received the item as I have a delivery note they warehouse couldn’t locate my item
Was asked to wait until it was found. I sent email after email same response please wait. On my last email it bounced back and now can’t get them.
I then sent a email to She’s pretty as there the same company no response

Complete scam. Wrong items received, sent them back only for the items to be refused at the given address. Nothing refunded. Steer clear.

Received the wrong size, contacted someone called ‘Laura’ after waiting 2 weeks for the bras. Obviously they don’t fit.
Sent back at my expense.
Item has just come back today marked ‘refused’. It was opened by Royal Mail and luckily my address was inside.
AVOID.

Sends wrong item, then asks you to return them to an address abroad.

Website said free returns, however was asked to return at my expense. UK address given, however return package was refused by She's Pretty. Likely to be a fake return address.
