Ordered mine a month ago and still waiting and won’t give me a refund

Do not order anything from these. Waited ages for item to arrive and when arrived totally wrong size sent to me. Contacted them, they wanted me to send back at my expense, (which under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they are liable for cost, as sent me wrong size item). Says on their website 'easy return & exchanges' certainly not making anything easy! Awful customer service and now stuck with 2 bras that don't fit me at an expense of £35!

What an absolute shower of s@@@!!! I ordered 2 bras and the wrong sizes were sent! So I requested a return, as you would… I had to pay £18.00 to send them back to an address in Switzerland and I am still waiting for my refund!!! I just keep getting fobbed off!!!

I am convinced that they deliberately send the wrong size so that they can be resold once they are returned! With absolutely no intention of refunding!

I just wish I had read these reviews before I ordered!! Lesson learned!!

My parcel was returned to me after a few weeks because it could not be delivered to the address they gave me!!

Lesson learned - DO NOT BUY FROM FACEBOOK!!!!

Has anyone got a refund from this company ?? Has I've Had the same issues with them now trying to go through te bank to get my money back 😐

I ordered 2 bras from this company on 15th April, received an email the next day saying it had been dispatched. That was 5 weeks ago, never received the parcel. Have chased them several times, initially asking for update, but the last 2 requesting a refund. Get an email telling me thank you for your patience, and claiming they have issues with their delivery network. Not my problem. I suspect this order will never arrive, and don’t think they have any intention for refunding the missing goods. Will see about claiming chargeback. Normally I’m good at researching companies, I’ve not used previously. Will not make this mistake again. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Reputable companies, will automatically refund items that have gone missing, but this isn’t a reputable company, clearly, by the amount of negative reviews.

It would appear, they have now blocked my email, as they are now undeliverable. Have emailed 8 times in 7 weeks, and get same response re logistics. My last email, was informing them they are breaking the law, as customers are entitled to a refund for goods not received in 30 days. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Didn't even want to give 1 star but need to in order to review. I could kick myself, normally very savvy with these things. Ordered a bra £25.90....it arrived was disgusting and didn't fit. The website said you could return to London address, this info has since been removed!....emailed them and given a Swiss address for return, cost me £6.75....I chased for refund and they said they need to look for the parcel at their warehouse...2 days later my parcel was returned undeliverable as no known company at that address. Needed to Google that as all in french...I think I am going to have to write this off or see if I can use chargeback.

Do not use this company. The bra's sizes are incorrect. Had to return took ages for them to accept returning in the uk. Now I can't get my refund even though the parcel was delivered to them 13 days ago.

Fallen for the scam too - ordered from facebook, heard nothing, received nothing….

Ordered a bra they sent the wrong size so useless to me contacted them and was told if I pay to send it back they will send another one when I complained about having to pay postage they stopped replying to me altogether absolute waste of time and money

The bras are not as advertised you have to send them back to Switzerland and they then refuse to communicate for your refund. Reported to trading standards and also fraud team on our credit card. Will also continue to ensure no one else is scammed

I order a bra in April still has not come. Have emailed them twice they say it’s coming. I ordered when seen them on Facebook.

To continue my previous review for this scam company, they are now calling themselves She's Devine. Same graphics, returning address in Covent Garden and I'm sure it will also be run by Gilbert Franck Tonye in Switzerland (available public info on Companies House). Has been reported to Trading Standards.

Ordered 2 bras arrived but poor fit. Emailed to return and was told to send them to Switzerland. Checked Companies house and at least 3 companies registered to the Switzerland address have been dissolved. I advised them of this and said I would send to a UK address which I did, have proof it was delivered (Post Office pictures show a lot of parcels just lying there) and asked for refund. Doubtful if I get the refund.

Cannot believe I’ve fell for this. I’m usually so savvy when it comes to these things. Ordered 11th April and never received bra. Have tried to contact them and get an email saying it’s on its way. Gutted!

Scam company, website has now dissapeared. Ordered nearly a month ago but not received. Like many others I believed I was ordering from Uk, emailed several times to be told order is on its way. Going to put a charge back through my credit card.

Order did not arrive and link to order takes you to an 'error' page. Can't believe I've been scammed as I'm normally quite savvy with these things! Fuming as I've been waiting nearly a month for my bras and I've wasted my time and money!! Avoid!

ordered 4 bras on the 15th April , no way of tracking it doesn’t recognise order number , definitely not a uk company , sent numerous emails they replied to one saying (in broken english) don’t worry it’s here soon , still not arrived , wish id seen these reviews before buying , don’t even want them

Scam company. Order took 3 weeks to arrive, bras don't fit and dreadful quality. Return address in Switzerland at my own cost when .Co.uk website previously said London. All returns info on website has now disappeared. Don't by buy, they are not a legit company. I will be going to my card company to get a charge back.
