Absolutely dreadful company and service. I too wish I’d researched more before buying. Presumably fake reviews on the website stating fabulous products delivered in three days! Almost three weeks since placing my order and several emails to chase up which take days for a response and still nothing. I’ve also now been told the order can’t be cancelled or refunded as it’s on its way, yet no way to track it. Written it off as £35 down the drain.

Scam company, says it ships from Manchester when really it's china. Good looking website which has now disappeared and doesn't exist. Trying to return item and being quizzed why, then silence. utter rubbish

The promise of great customer experience quality bra and easy exchange is non existent! Don’t buy from this company.

Delivered the wrong size and won’t send out the correct size, which I have paid for. And actually it’s not even a good product so I’m not sure I’d even want the correct size! They are telling me to return the product, which is of no use to me, to a Swiss address at my own cost (through the return address was originally a UK one when I bought it - this is something I checked). Avoid. Avoid. Avoid! Scam written all over it.

Regret not reading these reviews before placing an order. Need to arrange a return but no link (so far) on their website for enabling this. Have e-mailed them and now awaiting a reply. Raging, but lets hope on seeing this, 'She's Pretty' will do the right thing and initiate a full refund and free return.

Not good. Ordered 2 bras on 16th April, taken money but when clicking on tracking link there is a technical error. Communication is very slow and poor, feels inconclusive. I have asked for a full refund but dont know whether I'll receive it although I am well within my rights.

My wife purchased a bra. Doesn't fit so wanted to return. Hard to get hold of their support and now being offered a refund if we return the bra at our cost to their address in Switzerland. Obviously a scam company who use their location to deter returns - delivery address for returning items on website is a london address

This is a scam company, now the UK one doesn't exist and diverts you to USA. Paid for 2 bra's on the 15th April and now when trying to track it says page does not exist.
