SCAM

Only gave it a 1 so I could leave a review. Complete and utter scam company. Refused to refund my money even with proof of delivery, stopped replying to emails. Do NOT order from this scam artist.

I ordered my bras on the 15th April

I ordered my bras on the 15th April. They haven't yet arrived and I have sent several emails, each time with, our orders have been dispatched and we are very busy. I have reported them as a fraudulent business to my bank. They are awful and now aren't responding to my emails, I don't think I am being unreasonable now, it has been 8 weeks plus.

Scammers…..be careful.

Like all the other negative reviews I ordered a bra from an English company, Shesdivine, now trading as Shespretty, only to find the item came from China. When it did come it wasn’t as advertised and basically very poor fitting and workmanship.
I returned the bra to their trading address in Covent Garden, London. Loads of emails with Laura M but to date no refund.
I have been reimbursed by my credit card company via chargeback.
I now see they have another company, Prettyqueen. Although this one trading out of Manchester the website is identical to the other two…..Beware.

Shocking Customer Service

Shocking company. Website is very professional but already changed name from shesdivine to shespretty. Not shipped from uk. Ordered 10 May, arrived 30 May, 2/6 returned items to a Covent Garden address which then was refused and returned back to me on 11/6. Emails from Laura in customer support who kept coming back with ‘just waiting on logistics’ blah blah. In the end I had to make a claim via my bank under the UK Debit card Charge back. Do not be taken in by this company!!

PROBABLY A SCAM

Ordered in April, still no item and it's now 15th of June. Sent numerous emails with the same response " due to high demand your order is delayed but definitely in transit" probably a scam. Stay clear!

AVOID

AVOID. Guessing it’s a scam. Company already changed names. Paid to return bras that were the wrong size. Chasing refund but being given the run around “checking with warehouse”, “waiting for sales team” now asking for tracking number (which was sent weeks ago and on the email chain below”

AVOID SHE'S DIVINE AND SHE'S PRETTY

Ordered 3 bras, it's not until you get confirmation of despatch, that you find out they are despatched from China not the U.K. Despite their website stating delivery within 12 days my order arrived 20 days later, they were a poor fit, so asked to return, had an email from Laura M asking why, after giving my answer had another email from Laura M asking me to send photos of the items I wanted to return, sent the required photos then finally got return address, sent them by Royal Mail 48hr. As it took a while to get a return address and was a bank Holiday weekend my items were received at the return address on 27th May. 2 days after my package was delivered back to them, the website changed from she's divine to She's Pretty, Laura M claims they have not located my package in the warehouse and would send another request to the warehouse, and now Laura M seems to have stopped replying to my emails. Still waiting for a refund. The only reason these are the uk's best selling bra is because they will not accept returns sent to them and do not issue customers with refunds.

Goods never arrive it’s a scam

I placed an order over two months ago with this company and the item has still not arrived. Every time I contact them
They say unfortunately the item has been shipped and iso it can’t be cancelled. It’s clearly a scam and not on its way. I am going to speak to my bank re opening a recharge investigation. Avoid this company they are not reliable

Refused return items

I placed an order with these and received it, but unfortunately they didn’t fit. I spoke to customer services and they provided me with an address in which I can return the parcel to. I sent them out recorded delivery and twice I saw on the tracking information that they refused the parcel at their end. My parcel now seems to be lost in the post and I’m down £45. I would avoid this company!

This is a Scam . Ordered 2 bras for £35 and they never arrived. Contacted them and ‘Anna’ replies saying there’s a problem with the shipping and to be patient. They do not refund.

Whoever will cross with the company or product under a different company. AVOID!!

I’m urging everyone to steer clear of this company. My experience has been a complete nightmare—I placed an order back in April and still haven’t received my package. The tracking number shows it’s stuck in China, and now the website is down. While they may respond politely to emails, they clearly lack accountability. I’ve given up on waiting for my order to arrive. Do yourself a favour and AVOID this company at all costs! You’ll thank yourself later!

Scam

Scam. Nothing ever turned up. Someone called Anna replies to your emails saying they have a problem with their delivery company and they are on there way. Ordered in March and got nothing. Going to do a charge back if I can. I hope the scammers sleep well at night, scumbags

Scam company

Scam company, looked legit when I first went on. Ordered 2 bras, they have been delivered but they are poor fitting and quality. The ones I got are from shapedly, I thought this was a EU/UK as other have mentioned but it came from China. Checked returns and there is no return policy, the website have changed from she’s divine to she’s pretty and you can’t order now.

Have sent a message re return and was asked for a picture from ‘Anna’, I advised them they are in breach of the consumers rights act and haven’t heard anything since. I will be applying to my bank for a charge back.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Being spontaneous & not researching this company properly has come back with a sting to the tune of £35, which no doubt I’ll never see again! The ‘She’s Divine’ website looked legit & with ‘easy returns & refunds’ I thought it’d be ok. When the two bras I had ordered finally arrived (from China not Manchester, as stated on their website!) I quickly realised I had been sent a substandard, ill fitting & uncomfortable product. Not at all as advertised! Whilst I have had a response to my email wishing to return my order, as yet I have not received any returns information. I have been told to send a photo, which I have done. This all seems like a runaround tbh! They’ve already changed the website name to ‘she’s pretty’ and from what I can gather this isn’t the first time either. Presumably they’ll roll out another flurry of adverts via social media & con a whole load more of us! BUYER BEWARE THIS IS 100% A SCAM!!!
