I am writing to express my shock and frustration regarding an unauthorized deduction of $28.46 USD from my bank account. To clarify, I never purchased nor subscribed to any services, and I do not understand why the agent in the bot chat insisted on obtaining my bank details for payment.
Do you have any proof that I made a purchase from your store? While the agent assured me that my refund request would be processed, I have serious doubts about whether I am communicating with a real person.
This amount of money is very important to me, as it was intended for my brother. I worked hard to earn it, and it is upsetting that I was charged without my consent. I request that the refund be processed immediately.
Please be advised that I will edit my review once the refund is issued within 48 hours.
I look forward to your prompt resolution.
