1 star -The liquids that were sent were gone off all were very dark in colour and smelled awful. I have had the same liquids before and there are not the same. For liquids to go this colour they must be over 3 years old. All the liquids are unsmokeable.
I have had the same liquid previously and none were this dark brown colour.

Update after advising them a full refund was given and was told to dispose of the eliquids and remove my review. Although they should not have sent this I have updated my review to 3 stars for the customer service.

Brilliant. And customer service was exceptional.
I had an issue and it was resolved really well and quick.

I must say the customer service received was top class. I bought a hookah set but realised that when my delivery arrived that one of the items was missing. I reached out the shisha gear customer service and they sent over the missing part with next day delivery without any hesitation! The also gave a coal burner free of charge as a gesture of good will.
Very impressed!

placed multiple orders from this company, can honestly say hand down best online shopping experience, from site usability to the delivery. had a slight problem for the first time ordered multiple things on black Friday and unfortunately they accidently missed on of my flavours, emailed them and got the item out to me next day. 100/10 service!!!

avoid this company, shisha pipes are poor quality and not fit for purpose. when i complained they told me to pay for another one and not interested in resolving. They will ignore emails and youll have to keep chasing if something goes wrong. Spend a little more and go with a more reputable company, these "brothers" should be ashamed

These shishas dont come with a warranty however they usually have a long life.

Would suggest you to clean complete shisha.

Under law, the product must be free from material defects in materials and workmanship. This shisha is defective for the purposes for which it was made.

The Sale of Goods Act offers me protection against faulty goods . The act says goods must last a reasonable time - and that can be anything up to six years from the date of purchase.

It is simply not good enough for you to just say there is no warranty. The product was purchased in May this year.

I've been smoking shisha for a long time to know when I get a dodgy one.

Please email me your final position so I know what further action I need to take as your response is simply not acceptable.
