Terrible coco buzz coals
Terrible, disgusting Cocobuzz 2.0 coals. This is the second time it has happened and the coal smells of vomit. You cannot smoke with these horrible coals even though they are supposed to be premium.
What’s worse is that shishagear want me to send back 30kg of bad coal with postage being my own expense. It will cost more in postage fees than throw these coals away.
Avoid Coco Buzz 2.0 at all costs

Never again
Next day order, for which I paid extra, was received several days late. Unlikely to be DHLs mistake.
Half of my order was incorrect.
Incorrect items sent back for a replacement, postage paid by myself. Now claims these have not been received, despite Royal Mail's proof of delivery...
Perhaps we can blame Royal Mail now?!
NEVER answers the phone so it impossible to talk things through with them. Takes 2+ days to respond to simple emails and the replies always come from "someone" - the emails are not signed so you never know who you are speaking with.
