The friendly service as well as customer support not to mention very fair price. I always have a good experience dealing with Pimoroni. They are my absolute favorite place to shop for electronics.

Emailed them to find out details of a cable for an item I bought a few years ago hats not discontinued after my cat decided to bite it in half.
Rico got back to me within an hour with an offer to send 2 cables they still had in stock from testing purposes foc.
What a service, not many places would have been this helpful!!

Pimoroni make and supply great products. Their customer service and aftercare is also second to none. They are so obliging and helpful and normally respond and resolve any issues in around 2-3 working days. I have already purchased the Picade Max from them, which I thoroughly enjoyed putting together, with great guides on their website. This is a great product with excellent build quality. However, one or two parts had been slightly damaged in transit, so they quickly provided me with replacements free of charge. I always say that what makes a great company is one which goes out of their way to put something right that may have initially been slightly wrong. That is Pimoroni in a nutshell. Check out their website - they sell some really great stuff. The galactic unicorn is a great addition to the picade max, if you want an all singing all dancing light show for the marquee section! Top marks to Pimoroni - keep up the good work!

saw your stall at SMRRF and was given a free badger2040 to help me learn micropython, unfortunately my badger2040 broke (my own fault they are great quality) and I've now ordered a tufty which is the same price as a badger, runs doom and has a great price on next day delivery my new place for pi stuff

A great company making inivotive products. I have had a few very minor issues which were resolved without any problems.

I mentioned that a part on the Picade was broken.. either by my clumsy fingers or too much activity on a delicate connector... Any, Pimoroni came through with a replacement, even though I purchase through a distributor. I call that standing behind their product and amazing work keeping the customer for life.

I've used Pimoroni quite a few times for Raspberry Pi related gear.

The range of items they stock is incredible. It's very easy to find all the stuff you want AND all the stuff you didn't know you wanted!

The website is very well done and has lots of good information about the items they sell.

And if you can't find the information you need, their forum is also great and full of very helpful types.

Delivery is the icing on the cake. Next day delivery really deliver the next day! That ought to be standard these days for everyone selling online but it's not and it's worth mentioning that my experiences with buying from Pimoroni have always been positive.

A fantastic local company with the best custom maker boards around. Always excellent support, software, and documentation. Lovely as well that they've fixed the Pi Pico boards by actually giving them USB-C connectors ;).

Absolutely great service. It's obvious that the folks at Pimoroni have got their act together. I wish I had known about them much earlier! There's an extensive range of items on their website, many of which are manufactured by them. I will certainly be back!
