Excellent range of products and support
Excellent range of products and top-tier customer service. I love a good electronics project, and Pimoroni sells 99% of what I need. I've only had one issue with a DOA Raspberry Pi Zero, which was resolved quickly and efficiently. Rico handled my ticket and was friendly, competent, fast, and understanding. Basically, everything that you want to happen after something goes wrong.

badly run company that lets people down
made promises they could,nt keep and paid for next day delivery which never happened and so i cancelled the order after they blamed it on despatch problems but they never informed their customers of this until after you place an order which is bad customer service so cannot recommend anyone uses this company

An error occurred (on my side), where the wrong address was used for the delivery. Rico and the folks at Pimoroni were super supportive in arranging for things to be redelivered, keeping me in the loop.
