So far So Good
I am really pleased with the items I have got via their on line shop. I went for the box ast first then went for what I wanted. Both work really well. I love the fact that the greens etc. still have dirt on them, not been sent via container across the world. Had a hiccup with the delivery, but the CS team called me back, and all was fine and friendly. What will keep me coming back is the quality. So far so good!

Fresh produce and easy to order
Goods were delivered on Christmas Eve. I ordered veg and fruit boxes. The produce was excellent and so much of it too. Wide variety and farm fresh to your doorstep. Also ordered cheese, butter and eggs. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on. Thanks Watts Farm.

**Disappointing Experience with Watts Farm Christmas Tree Service**
I recently purchased a Christmas tree from Watts Farm, and I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. Over a month ago, I confirmed my order for a 7ft tree, ensuring it would arrive during a specific week. However, just three days before the scheduled delivery, I was informed they could only provide a 6ft tree.
Upon checking their website, I noticed they still had 8ft trees available. I requested one of those instead, but instead of a solution, I received an email confirming my refund. It felt as though they couldn’t care less about leaving me without a tree just days before Christmas.
To add insult to injury, a friend who also ordered from them was contacted two weeks prior with the same issue. It seems this is a pattern, leaving customers scrambling for last-minute alternatives. It’s hard not to feel like they intentionally hold back information to push cheaper options on customers.
Overall, I found their service to be embarrassing. I would strongly advise others to avoid Watts Farm for their Christmas tree needs.
Fantastic!
I really love ordering from Watts farms, easy to buy and check out and the quality of the fruit and veg is 10/10! Much better than the supermarket. Had a slight issue with delivery but they called to let me know and delivered the next day, good communication and good delivery. Can't fault them! Will be using for as long as I can! Thank you for such good products and service!
On time quality fruits!
Better quality fruits this time. Not over ripe. Delivered on time.
We didn't get what we ordered
We didn't get what we ordered. Certain items unavailable as not in season which is fair enough but don't list them on the website. Incorrect items were also delivered and the majority of the fruit was over ripe and mushy. A real disappointment as a couple of years ago we used to get our weekly shop from Watts.
despite various mistakes
despite various mistakes, the Watts team always managed to sort them out in a friendly way to me.
also, the quality of the food is so good.
Vegetables were fresh and beautifully…
Vegetables were fresh and beautifully presented - especially the savoy cabbage and the mushrooms.
However, the potatoes (maris not new) were bruised with some discolouration under the peel. Also, although the raspberries were sweet and flavoursome as were the grapes, a few of the strawberries were already mouldy and had to be thrown out.
A great experience
A great experience - very easy to purchase and have sent. Good quality produce. A small issue with delivery was resolved really quickly
What you dont see...
Whilst the company may pride itself on its products the same cant be said for the way in which it treats it staff. Made to work long hours, supply your own equipment to make deliveries manageable, and if you damaged anything accidentally in the process you will be expected to pay for them. This could be upto a maximum of £1000 which they fail to inform you on joining the business. The turnover of staff is massive, its like having a constant conveyor belt, one out another in...
