My purchase arrived in just a few days

My purchase arrived in just a few days, exactly as I requested. I appreciated the follow-up call to ensure everything was satisfactory—a wonderful gesture. The only downside was the unexpected shipping cost, but they plan to address this.

Disappointed - no delivery, no answers

I placed an order on 18/11/2024, and despite my patience, the order is still marked as pending. After two weeks of waiting, I contacted the company, and they assured me the order had been sent. Unfortunately, this was not true.

I decided to wait an additional week, but still, nothing arrived. I tried reaching out again, but my calls were ignored. When I called from a different number, the same representative answered and provided false information once more.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’m unsure how to proceed. I expect honesty and professionalism, but this situation has left me deeply disappointed.

Scam - after reading other reviews, I can see I am not the only one experiencing this problem. Avoid!

They are really scammers my order is…

They are really scammers my order is pending since 16/12/2024 it mean to be 4days delivery is been nearly a month when they pick up the phone all they do is lie they told me few times the specialist to call you back and they never call back now they don’t even pick up anymore

Don't recommend

I ordered rokak el zahar dried filo from Oasis market.co.uk on 27 December 2024. The order status is still pending. I called them but I was transfered to their answer machine; so I left a voice mail; but they never phoned back. Further more, I have contacted them via Whatsapp and they didn't bother to answer. I had tp raise a dispute on Paypal to resolve thjs issue.

AVOID

Ordered 350g item over a week ago. Was charged nearly £7.00 postage. Have not received item. 2 emails sent with no reply. 2 WhatsApp messages sent with no reply. 5 phone calls made and straight to Vodafone answer machine. Either a SCAM or very unprofessional. Would avoid and never use again

I recently made a purchase from your…

I recently made a purchase from your online shop, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
To make matters worse, when I tried to contact customer service for assistance, I received no response. I sent multiple emails and tried calling, but there was no follow-up from your team.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the service. I hope you can address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.
P.S. Using PayPal for online purchases can indeed provide an extra layer of security.

My order was received

My order was received within in a few days.
Order was fine and as ordered.
Had a call from them, which was great asking if all good.
Very nice touch.
Only issue was shipping cost, not shown when order placed, but is going to be rectified.

Things have improved or so I thought.

Things have very much improved with Shop N Shine since my complaint. I have now made a further order from this unique company and look forward to eating my favourite Egyptian food again without the need to travel.
Update: My parcel was never delivered so I complained. A replacement order was sent but excluded any items contained in Glass. I was promised that once a new delivery company who could deliver glass jars/bottles was found that i would receive the rest of my order. I was asked to wait 3 weeks and this time has now passed. No Delivery and No refund and No replies on Whatsapp.

Thank you so much for this great service. I really appreciate that.

The website is so easy to go through and to order. The packaging is perfect and the sausages kept freezed in a perfect package.

No contact option on the app.
I mase the order 9 days ago and it is still pending.
No one contacted us or gave any updates and there is nothing to do on the app to find more about the order.

I ordered 3 weeks ago

I ordered 3 weeks ago, followed up after 10 days, was told the delivery company made a mistake and it would be dispatched the next day, and still nothing.

Can only presume their processes are not professional any more. Have asked for a refund as I cannot wait for a food order forever.
