Ordered from the faulty app on 23/3 and delivery was supposed to be on 27/3. Regardless of messaging, emails, and phone calls, I got the dpd ‘package received’ email on 5/4 and even that got cancelled a couple of times before food being finally delivered on 8/4.
Not recommended. Won’t use again.

Horrendous online service
I received only a portion of my order much later than expected, without any refund for the items that were missing, and there was no communication whatsoever.
It's difficult to trust them or recommend their service.
