The delivery procedure went smoothly
The delivery procedure went smoothly, with fast delivery, and correct items delivered. Unfortunately, I had a broken item but the customer service response was quick and professional. An agent named "Nour" went the extra mile to solve my problem and achieve customer satisfaction. She thankfully replaced the broken item, sent a generous gift as compensation & followed up by both chatting & calling which I really appreciate. I surely look forward to ordering again from them. Always great quality food, customer service, and delivery. Rarely disappoints. Things run out of stock pretty quickly, but that's my only issue.
Terrible online ordering service
Terrible online ordering service. I placed an order in early September 2024. They took ages without any response. They then replied once claiming that there is a problem with the delivery courier service. I waited again for weeks with no further response. I placed a refund request on PayPal at the end of September. They promised to return the payment early October, and then missed the deadline to process this refund.
In summary, this was the poorest and most manupaltive service I have experienced in the UK for more than 12 years. Please AVOID.
Horrible Experience!, Avoid these thieves
I ordered Egyptian Mango and a few other items from ShopAndShine, and I regret it completely. First, they charged me right away, but when my package arrived, items were missing, and the mangoes were underweight. They advertised the box as 2 kilos, but when I weighed it, it was only 1.75 kilos—short by 1/4 kilo! Given that their prices are higher than other websites, this is unacceptable.
I tried calling customer service multiple times and got no response. When someone finally answered, they promised to send the missing items or issue a refund, but it's been weeks, and nothing has happened. This is absolutely terrible customer service. Shop elsewhere if you value your time and money!

A very bad company
A very bad company, a very bad customer service. I placed my order online, it didn't arrive on scheduled day and no notification or updates on delivery. I called the customer service on phone, no reply for many times. When they reply at the end they said they change the delivery company they deal with and that one of the items I ordered is out of stock, they promised to replace it with an equal item price or refund it but I was surprised when the delivery came after that, they put a very cheap item instead as a replacement and they didn't refund the remaining money to me. I called them many times after that but no reply at all. I will never buy from this company again and I will never recommend it to anyone.

Ordered online and here what happened:
- delayed due to customs (after a phone call) no updates on the app actually the app mentioned it's to be delivered 1/2023 !
- stuff got delayed further this time tried to reach out no response on Facebook messenger, neither on the phone and they kept blocking the phone multiple times.
Had to cancel the transaction through the bank.

Avoid avoid avoid. Paid for an order to be delivered 10 days ago and the order was not received. Called and when finally got an answer, I was told they were busy because of the Mango season and was promised it would come two days late and again not received.
I had to file a refund request via the payment processing company. Will not use again and highly advise to avoid them.
