Order wasn't delivered
Unfortunately my order which was placed on the 8th of November hasn't arrived yet. I chose a delivery date, a week after ordering. That day have come and gone with no signs of my order. After contacting them....asking for my order to be delivered on a Wednesday, I was assured that would be the case, it was attempted to be delivered on Thursday and Friday. The days I was at work during. After contacting the courier by text messages during that , no effort was made by the courier to listen. The order was returned to shop and shine. After speaking with Ahmed for more than once, and being reassured it will be sent on 2 different dates, nothing has happened. I have emailed him, tried to call him since last week, no response at all. I have asked for a refund. This is a very disappointing shopping experience.

Disappointing Experience
I received my order a week later, which was later than the promised next-day delivery. Unfortunately, over half of the items were missing, despite confirming stock availability with the company before placing the order. Upon contacting them, I was informed that the missing items were not in stock, with a promise to dispatch them within two days. However, another week passed, and I received nothing. Despite several calls and texts, there was no response until they finally answered when I used a different number. I requested a refund, which they promptly processed. The lack of responsiveness and the delay in addressing the issue showed a disappointing lack of respect for customers.
